The Young and the Restless spoilers has some sad news to pass on about a former Y&R star. Max Ehrich, who portrayed Fenmore “Fen” Baldwin from 2012-2015 on the show, recently shared on social media that he lost a close friend. Max took to Instagram to share the sad news.
Max shared photos of himself and his friend, who was named Samara Manger-Weil. The photos included some shots of himself with Samara, one of which was of the two friends embracing. Max also included some group shots of him with his friends, which included Samara.
Max wrote: “This past weekend, I lost a dear friend whom I went to performing arts high school with in NYC. I had the privilege of venturing out on my own at 15 to attend this school, PPAS, and found my crew of artistic misfits whom are some of the most free spirited, loving, accepting, and creative souls I’ve encountered. Our times were truly unforgettable”
Max continued: “Samara was someone that was unapologetically, authentically herself. She had such an infectious laugh, larger than life personality, with a huge loving heart. These past few days I’ve gone down memory lane and am truly just so grateful to have gotten to remember those unforgettable times shared.”
Concluding, Max said: “As tears have come, so have infinite waves of nostalgic joy and laughter. I’ll miss our times that always ended around the piano singing songs ‘til the sun would rise. You will be forever missed, Samara.”
Max’s friend Samara was involved in the entertainment industry and worked as a production coordinator on various TV shows, including Jay Leno’s Garage, The Real Housewives of Orange County, and Growing Up Supermodel.
Demi Lovato, who is romantically linked to Max, posted her support on his feed. Demi wrote: “Here for you always” in reply to Max’s sad message.
Our deepest condolences go out to Max and to Samara’s friends and family during this time of loss. Stay tuned to Y&R and be sure to keep CDL bookmarked for all the latest Young and the Restless news and updates.
