The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Monday, August 31, tease that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will remain on edge over Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) helping Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) – and he’ll have even more reasons to worry this time. Now that Adam’s unblocked his most horrific childhood trauma, he’ll probably want to lean on Sharon more than ever.
Rey will undoubtedly argue that Sharon’s done her part. With Sharon’s assistance, Adam was able to bring his painful memories to the surface and answers all his questions. Rey may contend that now Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) can take the lead on supporting Adam. After all, Chelsea is Adam’s fiancée!
Sharon won’t think her work is done here. In fact, Sharon may contend that Adam needs her more than ever! However, Sharon may admit that Chelsea’s issues with her are getting worse.
As Rey senses the potential for trouble, he’ll offer a warning to Sharon. Rey may feel like Sharon needs to take a step back for so many reasons, including her health and “Chadam’s” relationship.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Adam’s emotions will lead him down a dark path. There’ll be a downward spiral in Monday’s Y&R episode, which isn’t surprising since Adam’s whole view of himself has been altered.
Adam now knows rage was motivating him that fateful night, not fear. Since Adam’s worried he’s had a killer instinct within him all along, it’ll take a toll on him mentally.
While Adam goes off the rails, Victor Newman (Amelia Heinle) will deal with another problem child. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) recently made quite a splash in the news by selling off some of Newman’s major divisions.
Although Victor certainly disapproved, he’ll know he has to be the one to reach out and attempt to make peace.
Some things are more important than business, so Victor will try to put his disappointment in Victoria aside and concentrate on making amends. Victor may remind Victoria that they’re family and they both want the company to succeed. However, Victoria should remain irritated about Victor always putting Adam first.
Since Victoria knows she doesn’t have Victor’s respect, Y&R spoilers say she’ll plan to keep doing whatever she wants. That includes helping Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) unleash the story of the century. Victor probably won’t get updates on Chance Comm’s hot scoop just yet, but a storm is clearly brewing!
