The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Monday, March 2 Review - Jack Cries Over Dina - Tessa Catches Mariah Cheating - Ripley Arrested On The Way To Kill Amanda

The Young and the Restless spoilers review for Monday, March 2, tease that Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) will spend some time at Society, as she’ll still be upset over her video chat with Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks). She’ll talk with Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and relay that Tessa hasn’t been answering her texts. Lola will urge her not to jump to any conclusions, while Lindsay (Kirby Bliss Blanton) listens in as she tends bar.

Mariah will lament that even if Tessa and Tanner Watts (Chase Coleman) aren’t sleeping together, there’s still obviously something going on, given the way they act together. Lola will think that there could be some innocent explanation for the whole thing, while Lindsay keeps listening in. Lola will then get back to work, and Lindsay will approach Mariah.

Lindsay will note that even though Mariah has been keeping things from Tessa, like the loss of her job at Power Communications, it’s nothing to feel guilty about. As she and Lindsay eat some flan, Mariah will admit to feeling bad about not being able to help Tessa with her career in the way that Tanner has. Mariah will then get teary eyed and say she’s got to go, and Lindsay will say that she shouldn’t be alone.

Mariah and Lindsay will wind up back at Mariah and Tessa’s apartment, and Lindsay will note that she doesn’t see much of Mariah in the apartment. Mariah will note that it was Tessa’s place first, and she’ll finally fall apart, which will lead Lindsay to offer her a big hug. That will lead to a quick kiss, which will lead to a passionate kiss. The two will make love, then afterwards they’ll sit on the couch and decide to talk about what happened later.

At this point, they’ll be talking when Tessa walks in the front door with her luggage and stares blankly at Mariah and Lindsay. She’ll surmise the situation and ask, “What’s going on here.” From here, there’s likely going to be a pretty bad scene, and since Mariah isn’t wearing much, it’s going to be impossible for her and Lindsay to deny what’s just happened. Could this be the end of Mariah and Tessa?

Meanwhile, on the new episode of Y&R on Monday, March 2, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) will meet with Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) at Crimson Lights. Jack will want someone to talk to about what’s going on with Dina Mergeron (Marla Adams). He’ll tell Billy that Dina’s slipping away and that it’s hitting him hard. As they talk, Jack will mention something about Billy’s recent ordeal with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle), and Billy will think that it’s a personal dig.

Jack will take offense, saying that he wouldn’t use his mother’s decline to make a personal attack on Billy. Billy will apologize, and they’ll talk some more about Dina, with Jack in tears. Jack will say in passing that he probably needs to get to an AA meeting to help him deal with everything, which Billy will assume is directed at him. He’ll tell Jack, “Wow, that was subtle” before leaving in a huff.

Next, at the Grand Phoenix, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will fall asleep in her hotel suite and have a terrible nightmare about Ripley Turner (Christian Keyes) entering her room and terrorizing her. She’ll wake up panicked, as Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) is knocking on her door. She’ll let Rey in and learn that someone spotted Ripley on his way back into Genoa City. He was armed and likely intending to harm Amanda, but the police apprehended him.

Amanda will want to go face Ripley down, but Rey will tell her that’s not possible, and she’ll realize it’s because she’s a potential witness against him. Rey will go, and later Billy will knock on the door. Amanda will share the news about Ripley with him, and he’ll note that at least she’s safe. Amanda, who will still be processing the whole thing, will marvel that he was so dangerous, yet she never picked up on it.

Amanda will become more agitated as she talks with Billy, noting that even though Ripley’s in custody, she can’t go see him or confront him because his lawyer might twist it to help his case, which isn’t fair. Billy will be worried about her, but she’ll insist she’s fine and she’ll tell Billy to leave, slamming the door behind him.
