CBS’ The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that there’ll be some growing concerns and heated confrontations. During the week of October 19-23, Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) will be more worried than ever. Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) will remain as mess as they attend the businessperson of the year award gala at The Grand Phoenix.
After Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) alerts Devon to Elena’s troubling night at the clinic with Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic), it’ll lead to Devon finding out Jared (Michael Maclane) was the young man they treated for an overdose. Elena’s secrets will snowball until she breaks down and confesses to hooking up with Nate.
The revelation will infuriate Devon, who’ll get violent with Nate in the hotel lobby. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will have to rein in this mess, but let’s talk about messy Summer Newman (Hunter King) next.
Y&R fans will see Summer lurk while Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) comforts Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) over Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) death.
Afterward, Summer will accuse Lola of wanting Kyle back, but Lola will vehemently deny it. She’ll think Summer’s the one who’s acting crazy and spiraling out of control.
Nevertheless, Summer’s insecurities will remain as she confronts Kyle next. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Summer will force Kyle to face the harsh truth of a situation.
Perhaps Summer will feel like part of Kyle’s heart will always belong to Lola. That may not be something Summer can accept. If Kyle can’t prove he’s all in, Summer may not see any way forward.
However, Kyle has been clear about Summer being his future. Since there’s clearly no trust between them, Kyle may think Summer needs to work on her own issues if she wants to fix this.
Elsewhere, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will have a tense showdown of her own with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Adam will get put on notice, so Chelsea may think it’s make-or-break-it time for their relationship.
They still have a chance to get on the same page, but only if Adam can meet Chelsea halfway.
Of course, Chelsea doesn’t realize Adam recently declared love for Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and tried to reunite. It certainly seems like Sharon will remain a problem for “Chadam,” so we’ll see how Adam’s lingering feelings affect things.
As for Sharon, she’ll be torn between fretting over Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and happily planning her wedding with Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).
Naturally, Adam may still be on Sharon’s mind as well. After all, Sharon only pushed Rey to propose because Adam had just tried to get her back.
Sharon will keep that a secret from Rey, but Faith will keep secrets of her own. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Faith will lie, dodge questions and start sneaking out. Faith’s attitude and strange behavior will get worse during the week of October 26-30, so Sharon and Nick’s fears will rev up.
Y&R viewers will see Madison Thompson debut in the role of Jordan, who’s been texting with Faith and leading her astray. Jordan definitely seems like a bit of a troublemaker. Faith wouldn’t be hiding this friend of hers if she were some innocent sweetheart!
As for Phyllis, The Young and the Restless spoilers she’ll turn to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) for assistance. Phyllis may hope Billy can help her handle Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) somehow, but Billy may be hesitant to get involved.
Victoria will end up warning Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) about something, so she might insist Lily should show Phyllis the door if she comes around looking for favors.
Then again, Victoria might pick up on a flirty vibe between Lily and Billy. Since Victoria’s last reunion with Billy was a total disaster, she might warn Lily to proceed with caution if she intends to cross romantic lines with her partner.
Meanwhile, Elena will feel like her life has completely shattered. Everything Elena and Devon built together will be broken, so Elena may worry it can’t be repaired.
It won’t help that Devon and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) will be bonding. Elena’s bound to feel like her own betrayal put Devon on a collision course with Hilary Curtis Hamilton’s (Mishael Morgan) twin!
