The Young and the Restless spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 10, tease that Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will enjoy coffee together at Crimson Lights.
Abby will tell Victoria about her engagement with Chance Chancellor (Donny Boaz) earlier that day, and together the sisters will gush about wedding plans and Abby will tell Victoria about how she and Chance are trying to start a family.
Meanwhile, outside the warehouse, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will notice that Chance is down and bleeding. Adam will put on gloves and call for an ambulance with Chance’s phone, then he’ll get a text on his own phone saying that Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has left Newman Tower.
Adam will hear the ambulance approaching and leave.
At Society, Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will run into Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson), who will promptly sit Sally down and ask her to be his eyes and ears at Jabot.
Sally will wonder what’s in it for her, and through their conversation, Theo will tell Sally that Jabot Collective isn’t actually shut down and that it was sold to Fenmore’s.
Theo will tell Sally that he’ll help her land Jabot Collective if she helps him out, and that he’ll even give her a piece of his inheritance. Sally will dress down Theo and tell him that she doesn’t need help getting what she wants.
Theo will tell Sally that there’s always tomorrow. As Theo and Sally are talking, Summer Newman (Hunter King) will walk in and spy them together, unseen.
In Chancellor Park, Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) and Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) will talk briefly about Faith Newman (Alyvia Alyn Lind) and her tirade against Adam earlier in the day.
Sharon will say that Faith is off with her friend Jordan (Madison Thompson) watching a movie. Rey will get a call saying that Chance was shot, and he’ll rush off.
Over at the Grand Phoenix, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) will visit with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) in her room. Nick will recap Adam’s no-show to his intervention, as well as Faith’s tirade against Adam.
Phyllis will be proud of Faith, and after a little more talk about Phyllis’ new business arrangement with Victoria, Nick and Phyllis will flirt and make love.
Down in the lobby, Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart), Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson), and baby Miles Fisher will arrive to meet Lauren Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman) and Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc).
As the two couples happily interact, Chloe will be worried about why she hasn’t heard back from Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan).
Back at the warehouse, Rey will arrive as the paramedics have just gotten Chance up on a gurney. Rey will ask Chance what happened, but all Chance will be able to say is “Adam.”
Back at Crimson Lights, Abby and Victoria will still be talking when Abby gets a call saying that Chance was shot and that he’s at the hospital. Victoria and Abby will rush off together.
At Adam’s penthouse, Adam will race around the room with a garbage bag, putting Chelsea’s purse and ID into it. Adam will then go to his laptop and delete the schematic of Newman Tower with the red X over the CEO office, then he’ll text someone saying that the plan is aborted and to lay low.
Over at Jabot, Summer and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) will be working in the conference room when Kyle notices that Summer is brooding. Summer will share that she saw Theo and Sally huddled up at Society and that she’s worried that Sally’s up to something.
Kyle will think that Summer perhaps doesn’t want another strong, devious young woman in Genoa City. That will irk Summer and she’ll leave in a huff, saying that she can’t believe that she was starting to forgive Kyle.
Back at the Grand Phoenix, Nick will get a call from Victoria about Chance being shot, and later he’ll talk with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) by phone as well. Nick will tell Phyllis that Chance and Abby got engaged this morning, and now Abby is headed to the hospital but doesn’t want anyone to come there.
In the lobby, Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) will arrive and tell Michael about Chance being shot and Adam’s name being involved. Paul will step away and talk to Rey via phone, instructing him to wrap things up at the hospital, and then to go do what he knows he’s got to do.
Michael will tell Kevin, Lauren, and Chloe about Chance being shot, and Chloe will worry that it might have something to do with Chelsea’s disappearance. Lauren will step aside to call Chance’s family, and Sally will walk in and talk briefly with her about how Genoa City is starting to feel like home already.
At the hospital, Victoria and Abby will wait for answers about Chance, and Abby will say that she wants to be alone. Victoria will leave, and Rey will appear, but he won’t have any information for Abby at this time. Abby will sense that Rey knows more than he’s letting on, but Rey will stay mum about the Adam angle.
Back at Adam’s penthouse, Adam will be on the phone with the hospital trying to get information on Chance’s condition, when Rey shows up at the door. Rey will tell Adam that he’s there to question Adam in connection with Chance’s shooting.
Finally, at the Chancellor mansion, Chloe, Kevin, and Miles will return home. Kevin and Miles will go upstairs, while Chelsea walks into the living room alone. Suddenly, Chelsea will appear in the living room, out of breath and looking a mess.
