The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Victoria Pursues Money and Love In 2021 – Cole Howard Returns?

The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) can’t survive on power alone, as she has been doing for most of 2020. The head of Newman Enterprises needs to seek love in order to balance her power schedule as the new year unfolds.

After all these years Victoria has realized her goal. She’s running the company her father founded. While fronting Newman Enterprises has its perks, even Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has said that family is more important than anything.

So too is love, whether it be the reigniting of a 1990’s flame, or a new pursuit for Victoria.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Mistakes Of the Father Repeated?

Victoria hasn’t neglected her responsibilities in a number of years. Travis Crawford (Michael Roark) was a short-term player in the mid part of the last decade, who served as a distraction for awhile.

Now, coming off Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) unexpected drop, Victoria decided to focus on a sure thing. Making money is something that runs in her blood. But viewers know that she’s simply been deferring personal life pursuits, rather than permanently shelving romance.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Billy Abbott Is Always A Rebound Option

No matter who each person might be with, or whether one, or either party is alone, Villy is always primed for a rebound. Billy is the love of Victoria’s life, as is once again evidenced by her pledge to help him overcome the frame for Chance Chancellor’s (Donny Boaz) shooting.

Y&R has written a revival of a retro romance. BiLily is a promising couple, with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) fighting hard to clear Billy’s name. With that and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) as a seeming fallback option, a Villy comeback, while always possible, projects as unlikely into next year.

Young And The Restless Spoilers – Cole Howard Updated In 2021?

Cole Howard (as originally portrayed by N.P. Schoch) is the son of Eve Howard (Margaret Mason), who was Victor’s secretary in the 1980’s. Cole was thought to possibly be Victor’s son, but Rick Daros (Randy Holland) was confirmed as his father.

J. Eddie Peck (Cole) departed the cast in the late 1990’s, after having been on the show for many years. The character he portrayed was seen in various classic episodes that played through the summer months during the production shutdown.

He’s also recently been referenced by Victoria and Nina Webster (Tricia Cast).

While a new character can always been written in for Victoria, it would be intriguing to see Cole return, either as embodied by Peck (who was last seen in daytime on All My Children, as Dr. Jake Martin, in the early 2000’s), or by a recast.

Heather Tom (Victoria) worked with Peck, during Cole’s last run. So, seeing Heinle and Peck work together would be fun, assuming Y&R wants him back and he agrees to return.
