The Young and the Restless spoilers for Wednesday, December 9, tease that Elena Dawson (Brynti Sarpy) will change her mind – and that could mean bad news for Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic).
Y&R fans know Elena’s had Nate on her mind lately. Since Elena blew up her relationship with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), it’s led Elena to wonder where things might lead with Nate.
Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) and Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan) have given Elena a nudge in Nate’s direction, so Elena’s been feeling a little more optimistic about her romantic future.
However, Elena will look in her heart and do an about-face on Wednesday’s Y&R episode. That could mean Elena will decide against going out on a date with Nate.
Naturally, there could be a couple of reasons for that. Elena might just decide it’s too complicated and would make it more difficult for Nate to patch things up with Devon.
On the other hand, Elena was madly in love with Devon not too long ago. It’s possible something will happen that reminds Elena of that love and makes her convinced an “Elevon” reunion is still what she wants.
Other Young and the Restless spoilers say Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will stand his ground when it comes to Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson). As far as Victor is concerned, Billy deserves to go down for shooting at Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and hitting Chance Chancellor (Justin Gaston) by mistake.
While Victor sticks to his guns, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will want to get rid of a pest – namely Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford). Victoria didn’t intend for this Grand Phoenix partnership to be a long-term situation anyway.
It started out as petty revenge, so Victoria will think she just needs to cut Phyllis out of the picture and let that be that.
Of course, that means Victoria will have to betray Phyllis and as a result, Victoria will betray Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) as well. That’s a sacrifice Victoria will be willing to make as she moves forward with her sabotage efforts.
Nevertheless, Phyllis isn’t someone who should be underestimated. The Young and the Restless spoilers say Phyllis will find a way to strike back in the end. Even if Phyllis can’t win the war completely, she’ll make Victoria suffer before all this is over. We’ll fill you in as other Y&R updates emerge.
