The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of December 7-11 teases that some desperate strategies are coming up. After Jill Abbott (Jess Walton) learns Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has been arrested, she’ll form a plan to help him – but it’ll be a risky one!
Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like Billy will be on board with Jill’s tactic. That’s where Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) will come in. “’Cause I need you to help me convince Billy to get on the company jet and get the hell out of the country,” Jill says to Lily in the weekly preview video.
Once Billy’s out on bail, this may be the only solution Jill sees.
Lily won’t look enthusiastic about that idea – and that should be partly because she doesn’t want her budding romance with Billy to end. Not to mention Lily will believe in Billy’s innocence and want to prove it. It’s not fair to make Billy go the run and leave his kids behind when he’s not guilty.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Lily will try some other strategies to help Billy first, so putting him on that jet will be a last resort!
Over with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), he’ll hold a family meeting to decide how to deal with Theo Vanderway’s (Tyler Johnson) lawsuit. It looks like Jack may propose a settlement, basically a bribe for Theo, so they can just put this problem behind them.
Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor), Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) and Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will all be on hand to debate this topic with Jack. Traci will suggest a show of hands to see who’s in favor of Jack’s idea to make this lawsuit go away.
Of course, there’s a chance Theo will get Dina Mergeron’s (Marla Adams) entire estate like he wants, but Jack might start with a lower number and see what Theo might accept.
If Theo gets too greedy, that could spell trouble for him. It’ll be interesting to see how things turn out as Theo’s exit draws near.
In the meantime, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) will make a phone call that seals her fate. Victoria will talk about how Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is more trouble than she’s worth.
Being in business with Phyllis wasn’t supposed to be a long-term thing anyway, so Victoria will want to make some changes. “Sorry, Nick,” Victoria says to herself after disconnecting in the weekly promo.
The Young and the Restless spoilers say Victoria will play dirty, but Phyllis will fight back in a big way. It may be Victoria who pays the steepest price in the end. As other Y&R news and updates come in, we’ll bring you up to speed.
