The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers preview for the week of May 4-8 tease that fans can relive some of Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) and Nikki Newman’s (Melody Thomas Scott) romantic moments. Y&R’s next theme week will focus on Nikki and Victor’s enduring love story. This couple has really stood the test of time, so it’s definitely worth taking a look back at what brought them to this point.
The show’s calling this theme week “Victor and Nikki: A Lifetime of Love.” The Young and the Restless put out a great preview video as they get ready to deliver five memorable “Niktor” episodes. Each one will contain significant pieces of Nikki and Victor’s complex history. They’re not perfect, but they’re perfect for each other!
Y&R’s latest promo contains several blasts from the past. A young Victor can be seen saying, “Seems to be love at first sight” while a young Nikki grins. There’s also a sweet scene of Victor carrying Nikki in his arms. Another portion of the video shows an ailing Nikki calling Victor her knight in shining armor.
In some beautiful wedding scenes, Victor tells Nikki that they’re about to embark on a journey. Nikki lets Victor know that she loves him with all her heart. The happy couple shares a kiss as petals float down, so this was a soapy wedding done right! Those 2002 nuptials will be featured along with famous episodes from 1981, 1987, 1990 and 1998.
The promo also features a much younger Nikki as a blushing bride while her handsome groom looks on. The Young and the Restless preview video concludes with Victor suggesting, “Some people say it’s our destiny to be together. “I’ve heard that,” Nikki replies.
No matter how many obstacles land in Nikki and Victor’s way, they always find a way to rise above them. It certainly seems like Victor and Nikki are meant to be! The Young and the Restless spoilers say this fan favorite duo will take center stage all week long, so don’t miss all the action.
