The Young and the Restless spoilers document that Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) break from his old life is leading him to a new one. In it is a budding love, Amanda Sinclair (Mishael Morgan), and a business partner, Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
Bamanda has promise, as Thompson and Morgan are demonstrating on-screen chemistry as part of a fresh pairing. Of course Billy has a history with Lily as well.
So, it’s possible that more than one romance could happen, though Lily’s inclusion in Jill Atkinson Abbott’s (Jess Walton) new media division at Chancellor Industries projects, for now, as a workplace duo.

The slow drip end to Villy broke the hearts of fans who patiently waited for their favorite couple to reunite. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) was extremely cautious in taking Billy back. Her commitment to him seemed justified, even to Y&R’s discerning audience members.
But, as he often does, Billy hit the self-destruct button. What seemed like a breakthrough at the Chancellor boat house last summer actually turned out to be the path to the end of Victoria and Billy’s latest edition.

Amanda looks exactly like Hilary Hamilton (Morgan’s initial character on Y&R). It seems apparent that she’s likely Hilary’s previously unknown, identical twin sister.
Developments that are currently playing out with Devon Hamilton (Bryton James), Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy), and Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) appear to be opening an angle where Amanda’s family history will be explored. As that happens, Billy is in position to join the ride.
It appears as though Billy, not Devon, will play Amanda’s leading man as this storyline unfolds. As it does, Thompson’s character is set to be written closer to Morgan’s second character and whoever her family is.

Y&R buzz hints that Billy and Amanda may advance to full couple’s status – but could this also see them create a family of their own – perhaps have children together? Amanda does offer Billy a Victoria-like character, as she’s already offering him wise council about life issues. Could
However, Amanda appears more open to risk-taking at this specific time in her life and she’s also not tied into a set family structure (the Newman’s) that Billy never fit into. Amanda’s appeal for Billy is clear and projects to increase now that she’s committed to making a new life for herself in Genoa City, Wisconsin.
