TLC 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days spoilers tease that Big Ed Brown and Rosemarie Vega are having some serious conflict right now on the show. As viewers know, Rose is having a terrible time coming to terms with the fact that Ed didn’t tell her about not wanting to have children until far too late in their relationship. Rose is angry with Ed, and viewers are anxious to find out whether she elects to stay in the relationship.
Well, unfortunately for Ed, it’s also the case that he’s getting flak in the present day over a decision he’s made to manufacture and sell novelty items like tee shirts, dog clothes, and the like.
Recently, Ed announced on his Instagram feed that “Big Ed Wear” is coming sometime this month. Ed’s got a website set up and ready, although there’s no merchandise on the site quite yet.
Ed announced his Big Ed Wear and his website a while back with the following post: “Get ready…! www.bigedwear.com Coming soon…!! #biged #90dayfiance #tlc #bigedwear #mayo.” Then, a few days ago, Ed posted a cartoon image of himself earring a Big Ed themed mask, complete with little cartoon pictures of his dog, Teddy, on the mask.
Ed’s caption for this post reads: “Sneak peek…! #comingsoon #bigedwear #biged.” Some of Ed’s followers are enthusiastic about his merchandise, including the masks. For example, one follower commented: “I love the mask!!” And another said: “Not mad at you – make that money.”
But other followers took serious issue with Ed making and selling masks during this time. For example, one person wrote: “Don’t do that!!! It’s a world-wide catastrophe not a business opportunity…just saying.” Someone else wrote: “Sickening! Donate these to the front line…Oh wait? Money hungry much?”
And someone else replied: “Ed…please consider donating masks in your community.” Finally, someone seemed to dislike the whole idea of Ed merchandise on principle by saying: “Gross. Capitalizing on some girl in the third world to get you 15 seconds of fame.”
Well, these kinds of comments aren’t that unusual for Ed’s feed. Ed tends to get a lot of negative comments on his feed, but his followers really seemed to take issue with him selling masks during the COVID-19 crisis.
