TLC 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days spoilers has some news to pass on about a popular star of the show. Stephanie Matto, who is currently navigating her relationship with Erika Owens on the show, recently deactivated her Instagram account in order to take a hiatus from social media. It seemed that Stephanie was getting a lot of fan backlash over events happening on the show.
Well, it appears that Stephanie has reactivated her account, as she recently posted another message for her fans. But she is clear in the message that she still considers herself to be on hiatus from social media – she just needed to post an urgent message to her followers to let them know about some fake accounts that have recently popped up pretending to be her.
Stephanie posted a photo of herself along with the following message: “I am not back from my hiatus, I am just posting an urgent message because quite sadly it has come to this. Since I deactivated my account it has come to my attention that several fake accounts have been made using my likeness. One of these accounts has attempted to solicit money from people in exchange for my nude photos.”
Stephanie continued: “Please do NOT communicate with any of these fake pages, and if you do end up sending them money, there is literally NOTHING I can do. Finally, please be kind. You don’t know what others are dealing with or have been through. I am resuming my break. ps. F*** you Rick. You know who you are, I know who you are, and I know what you are trying to do. You will pay. #ricksucks.”
As generally tends to be the case for Stephanie’s posts, she’s gotten her share of both encouraging and negative feedback for her post. One fan encouraged Stephanie, saying: “Aw that sucks. Sorry this is happening. Hope you’re taking care!” And someone else commented: “You are missed girl. Positive energy and vibes to you. Much love.”
And then there were some haters who responded to the post. One person commented: “You can’t stay relevant if you’re off social media. Let’s hear about that illness again for the millionth time.” That person is referring to the fact that Stephanie suffers from aplastic anemia, which is a topic that comes up frequently on the show.
Another person simply replied: “Anything for attention.” Of course, comments like these last two were probably a big part of the reason why Stephanie took a hiatus from Instagram in the first place! We do hope that Stephanie’s hiatus is a short one and that she’s back to regular posting on Instagram soon.
