TLC 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days spoilers tease that Yolanda Leak is about to get real…maybe. As viewers of the reality drama know, Yolanda has recently discovered that her “British” love known simply as “Williams” had changed his Instagram profile to a Nigerian account. That led Yolanda’s daughter to immediately conclude that Yolanda had been scammed.
Well, then Yolanda’s daughter got even more alarming news. Yolanda revealed that she had send provocative photos to Williams, and that she had recently received an email threat saying that her photos would be released if she didn’t send money. Now, if there weren’t red flags before, this is certainly a huge red flag!
This confirmed for Yolanda’s daughter that Yolanda had been scammed, but unbelievably, Yolanda started making up excuses for Williams. Yolanda, clearly in denial over what was right in front of her face, insisted that Williams was real, and that his account must have been hacked. Yolanda is sill insisting that Williams wouldn’t do this to her.
Well, the previews for the next episode of 90 Day Fiance: Before The 90 Days indicate that Yolanda may soon have solid evidence that Williams is a scammer and that he was nothing but a fraud from the beginning. The previews show Yolanda’s daughter and a young man conducting a reverse image search on Williams’ photo, and it looks like the results will be pretty startling.
But we have to wonder whether Yolanda will believe the evidence, assuming that the reverse image search turns up something suggesting (or even outright stating) that Williams was catfishing Yolanda from the very beginning. Yolanda is deep – and we mean DEEP – in denial, and on some level this makes sense. It’s got to be a painful thought to think that Williams was never real.
After all, Yolanda has a lot of time and emotional effort invested in Williams. So we wonder whether Yolanda will believe any evidence that the reverse image search turns up. On the preview, Yolanda is hopeful. “Maybe this will give me a way to get in contact with Williams,” Yolanda says. That certainly doesn’t sound like someone who is looking for evidence that Williams is fake!
Rather, Yolanda sounds like she’s just going to fit whatever information she finds via the search into her own worldview – which is that Williams is real and that he somehow got hacked, and that this explains everything that’s gone on. In fact, we suspect that Yolanda will either reject the evidence that’s found, or that she’ll spin it so that Williams is “real.”
