Avery flew to Beirut, Lebanon. Lebanon is the safest place for Avery to meet with her husband Omar. Omar is from Syria. His country is currently going through a civil war and so he didn’t want to bring his wife around that or risk her safety. He chose a country that was open to her and him. They could now meet in peace. He also wanted to give Avery the traditional ring he’s been promising her and so she came to love it. She always wanted a traditional Syrian ring. She felt it was more special than a western ring and she wanted to be wearing it when she was introduced to his family. His family was coming from Syria to meet her.
Laura had a different problem. Laura had married her man from overseas. She married Aladin in Qatar and she expected to live with him there, but their marriage broke down. Aladin became frustrated with the little thing she did. He got upset one time because she went to go get coffee without telling him and so the problems in their marriage were coming from Aladin. He kept finding reasons not to be with Laura. He was the first one to utter the word “divorce”. He told people at the Tell-All that he wanted to divorce Laura and he’s written several messages saying he started the process to divorce her.
Laura is still fighting for her relationship. She put a lot on the line to be with him. She sacrificed her relationship with her son to be with him and she even gave up her home. Laura doesn’t have a home anymore. She’s renting as she tries to fight for her marriage. Laura is hoping she’ll get through to Aladin eventually. She thinks if she keeps telling him that she loves him that maybe he’ll come back and the sad truth is he’s never coming back. Aladin has been done with the marriage for months now. He has no reason to go back on his word and it seems like he’s ready to move on from Laura.
It was very telling how he refused to answer her many messages. Thankfully, Loren doesn’t have to deal with such drama. She was expecting her first child with her husband Alexi. She was enjoying this time as much as possible and she couldn’t wait for the gender reveal. Her mother was throwing her a gender reveal party. Her mother was the only person who knew the baby’s gender and Loren tried to get the information out of her, but her mom refused to budge. She didn’t want to ruin the surprise and so she kept her mouth shut. She also later agreed to move in with the couple for a couple of weeks after the baby was born. And so Loren doesn’t have to worry about that now.
Tiffany just had her baby. She came back to the States to have her baby because she didn’t feel comfortable in the hospital in South Africa and that went against their original plan. Tiffany had moved to South Africa with her son in order to be with her fiancé Ronald. Ronald and Tiffany were later married in a sweet ceremony. They were also together for a short time when Tiffany found out she was pregnant with their daughter and unfortunately they just didn’t have the money to have the baby in South Africa. It would have been too expensive. Tiffany hadn’t wanted to be a burden and so she came back to the States when she was thirteen weeks pregnant.
Tiffany went on to have a beautiful baby girl. This little girl has never met her father in person and Tiffany was trying to fix that now. She was trying to see if she could get Ronald a visa to come to the States. She knew it was going to be hard because she had already talked to a lawyer and he mentioned Ronald’s criminal past might work against them. Tiffany was also dealing with her family who has doubts about Ronald. Tiffany’s family has always been judgmental. They hold Ronald’s addiction against him and so they didn’t want Tiffany flying out to South Africa with her kids. And her mother tried to talk her out of it, but Tiffany still loves Ronald and he needed to see his daughter.
Steven did get a visa for his fiancé. Steven and Olga had met while she was visiting the States for the summer and they quickly became pregnant. It came as a surprise to both of them. Olga later returned to Russia. She had the baby there and so Steven had to fly out to be with her. They were together for a few weeks and there was some tension. They did argue quite a lot. Steven had even considered coming back to the states with the baby without her. He thankfully changed his mind about that. He filed for Olga to come to the States and they were soon approved. She’s now there with him and the baby.
Olga is happy to be able to co-parent. She said it’s been hard with facetiming. She had needed help and she’s finally going to get it now that the family is together again. But Avery and Omar talked about their living situation. They didn’t want to continue living apart and Avery knew her mother didn’t want her to move to Syria. Syria was still dangerous after all. Avery couldn’t go there and so she suggested Dubai. She knew it was a very modern place. She also knew it would be safer for her husband to move to a Muslim country that wasn’t at war with itself. They discussed Dubai. They consider a Plan B if their plans on living in the States together falls through.
Loren and Alexi meanwhile had their gender reveal party and their baby turned out to be a boy.
