Tonight’s Blue Bloods Fall finale episode begins with Jamie entering the house and finds Henry asleep in the easy chair and pan goes on fire on the stove. Henry tells him to keep it between them. Elsewhere, Eddie is on the streets with her partner when shots are fired; Eddie tells a guy with a gun to drop his weapon, and instead he makes a run for it. Eddie and Cora run after him, Eddie gets knocked down by someone on a bike and the perpetrator shoots Cora when she continues to run up some stairs after him.

Frank and Garrett are at an event with Frank sees Sloan, a Commissioner from London. She tells him that she is no longer Commander, she is working a normal job now in NY.

Danny and Maria are walking down the street when a woman approaches them because a man is following her and creeping her out. Danny calls the man over and asks for his ID, when he and Maria try to verify it, they find the system is down city wide and they can’t check it. The guy gets annoyed and a crowd is gathering, he tells them the police are harassing him. The woman who said she was being followed says forget it, she doesn’t want to become the next Karen and walks away. Danny gives the man back his ID; his name was Gavin Powers.

At the hospital, Eddie goes to see Cora and she is ok, she has some bruised ribs but otherwise is ok. Earlier, Cora told Eddie that smells, and coffee were making her sick, Eddie guesses that she is pregnant, Cora admits it but tells Eddie that she doesn’t want her to tell anyone.

The city-wide systems are back up; Maria tells Danny that Gavin Powers has a bench warrant for an assault charge. Danny says his gut was right.

Frank is with Sid and Garrett, Sid says sixty-two minutes wasn’t bad for the system to be down, and they didn’t have to pay a ransom. Abigail opens the door and announces to Frank that Commander Thompson of the city of London police is there to see him. Frank says not a good time, Abigail lets him know that it is because of last night’s attack. Sloan walks in and sits down, she says she is in town as VP for a cyber security company, the best. She says the attack was just a test, and the 10 million that was requested was just lunch money.

They already know their systems strengths and weaknesses as well. Frank says he wonders if it is a coincidence that they were attacked and now she is in town. She says she comes as a friend, to see if she can help. She thanks Frank for his time, gets up and tells him to let her know if he needs her assistance, then she leaves. Abigail tells Frank he doesn’t remember her being so persistent before.

Powers has six victims, the detective handling his case goes to see Danny and Maria and tells them off for letting them go. Maria tells her the systems were down and they couldn’t hold him without checking his ID, Danny is frustrated and tells the detective that they will handle it from here, she has no jurisdiction.

Eddie is at dinner with Jamie, both want to speak to each other about what happened in their day, but both promised not to, so they decide to clam up.

Danny and Maria are called to meet a guy that called the tip line, he says his neighbor is usually chatty, but this time he met her in the elevator with a guy and she was clammed up, so that is why he called, he was worried. Danny and Maria go to her apartment, they hear some scuffle and break open the door, the woman is tied to a chair with duct tape and the perpetrator got out window and ran away.

Danny and Maria are questioning the woman who was attacked, she says the man who attacked her said his name was Bill Smith. The ambulance attendee takes care of the woman, Maria looks shaken, Danny asks if she is ok. She asks him if he ever gets tired of this, and then she tells him that maybe he is better off handling this one on his own.

Eddie goes to see Erin and tells her that a fellow cop messed up, she didn’t notify the force that she is pregnant, Erin says she can only offer her support.

Frank tells Abigail to find out why Sloan left London police, without his fingerprints on it. Meanwhile, Jamie is at Henry’s house, he is cleaning out the fireplace and brought fire extinguishers for the house. Henry tells him he is coddling him, and he needs to cut it out.

At Sunday dinner, Eddie says people get crazier when there is a full moon. Erin doesn’t agree, she says people who are crazy no matter what. Frank says full moons are myth.

Jamie tells Eddie his secret about Henry, then he ask her what her secret is and she says no.

Danny wants Maria’s help with the case, he tells her that he is better working with her than alone.

Sloan goes back to see Frank, he tells her that the NYPD has decided to work with her firm and they can only pay her a third of what she asked for, there are some harsh realities in his budget – he hands her a contract. He asks her about her Gerald Foster, her retirement, with rumours of sexual harassment, a seven figure settlement and a new job. She says it hurts that he investigated her, and he can shred the contract.

Eddie goes to see Cora and tells her she wants her advice because one day she will want to start a family. Cora is upset with her, she says that it leaked out about her being pregnant and she believes that Eddie told Jamie and calls her two-faced. Meanwhile, Maria and Danny are trying to track down Gavin Powers, they cross reference with the name Bill Smith and end up finding where the guy lives. Danny busts open the door and Gavin shoots Maria.

Maria is in the hospital, Danny is with her and he bought her a big teddy bear. She says she is fine, the bullet grazed her. One of Power’s victims comes by to see Maria and thanks her for getting him.

Sloan is at a bar, Frank walks in and sits down with her. Frank tells her that he is very sorry, she says he could have just asked her what happened.

Jamie calls Cora into his office, he tells her that people see things even though you think they don’t, like morning sickness in the woman’s locker room every morning. Cora is happy that it was just people noticing her sick and Eddie didn’t tell Jamie after all.

Jamie has it out with Henry, he tells him that he wants him to be safe and is going to do anything he has to, he doesn’t want to be talking to a headstone about being a good husband and being a good cop. Henry gives in.
