Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will die and go into the light after flatlining at the hospital. Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will work to bring her patient back, but there’ll be some scary moments in the meantime!
After Abe faces a medical crisis brought on by the mob mayhem between Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Carmine (Richard Stevens), he’ll be rushed to the hospital.
DOOL spoilers say Kayla will take the lead on Abe’s care, but he’ll be in bad shape.
Despite Kayla’s best efforts to keep Abe alive, she’ll ultimately lose him on October 25. Kayla will no doubt try to shock Abe’s heart into working again, but he’ll be dead on the table with no pulse.
This will lead to Abe going into the light and reflecting on the life he’s lived. Abe might even see some familiar DOOL faces who have already passed into the great beyond.
Meanwhile, Abe’s loved ones will also think back on their many Abe memories and how much he means to them.
There’s a good reason why Days is doing this near-death experience story for Abe since James Reynolds is celebrating his 40th anniversary in Salem.
This will be the show’s way of looking back and honoring Reynolds as well as his beloved character.
Fortunately, Days spoilers say Abe will soon realize it’s not his time to go just yet. His soul will reenter his body, so Kayla will help work a miracle and revive Abe in the end.
Abe will survive and recover in time to keep his fall wedding plans on track. It looks like Abe and Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) will still be getting married the third week in November if all goes well.
Abe should be even more determined to make the most of every moment – and Paulina should be even more determined to keep her secrets under wraps!
Days of Our Lives spoilers state that some great drama’s ahead for Abe and those closest to him.
