Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will hope to pull off a bit of a parent trap by pushing Sami (Alison Sweeney) and Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) toward a passionate reunion. After Lucas comes to Sami’s rescue at the cabin she’s being held in, it could leave Lucas in the prime position to make his move.
DOOL fans know Lucas has been pushing to rekindle things with Sami for quite some time – at least he was until just before Sami got kidnapped.
Lucas hoped that maybe he’d have a better shot of winning Sami over after EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) kicked her to the curb, but she was adamant about fighting for her marriage.
However, Sami’s been through quite an ordeal and will no doubt feel unbelievably grateful to Lucas as her hero.
Days spoilers say Sami will also walk in on EJ and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) in bed together, so that’ll add another layer of complications when it comes to an “EJami” reunion.
Although Sami will kiss EJ during the week of December 13-17, we also know she’ll wind up serving him with divorce papers. That means there’s still hope for Lucas and Sami if he’s willing to put the work in.
It’s hard for Sami to ever fully let go of the spark she has with EJ, but Allie will feel like this is Lucas’ chance to recapture what he’s lost.
Days spoilers say Allie will realize Lucas wants to reunite with Sami and live happily ever after.
Allie will want to see her parents in a loving, stable relationship and will truly believe they’d be good for each other. At this point in Sami and Lucas’ lives, maybe they would indeed be the right fit.
Regardless, Allie will feel like Lucas at least needs to put in the extra effort and try for a reunion.
Allie will think this is something worth fighting for and will give her dad a nudge in the right direction. Of course, there may be opportunities along the way to give Sami a nudge, too.
Allie obviously won’t want the details of any passion that reignites as Lucas and Sami’s daughter, but she’ll hope they can find their way back to each other just the same!
