Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and Philip Kiriakis’ (Jay Kenneth Johnson) dangerous alliance will be back on. This will set the stage for a Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) destruction plot, so let’s talk about the drama that’s brewing.
DOOL fans know Philip ran into some trouble with the Vitali mob at one point since he owed them so much money.
When it was first revealed that Ava was alive, she was secretly working with Philip. Of course, Ava was also pretty nasty to Philip since she was still in charge of the organization at the time.
Philip nearly got shot back then, but Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) ultimately took the bullet by mistake.
Considering what a perilous situation that was, it’s almost surprising that Philip will be willing to get tangled up with Ava again.
However, Days spoilers say Philip will be able to see beyond the past and consider how Ava can help his future.
A common enemy will bring Philip and Ava together, so they’ll join forces and hope to get some revenge on Gabi. Naturally, Jake will be part of all that since he’s Gabi’s boyfriend and fiercely loyal.
Days spoilers say Philip will figure out that Gabi’s been plotting to oust him from Titan and steal his CEO chair.
That’ll infuriate Philip since he truly considered Gabi to be his friend.
The fact that Gabi would betray Philip like this will leave him feeling hurt, confused and completely outraged.
As for Ava, she’s back on track with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), but Gabi could easily stir the pot and try to create more conflict.
Regardless, Ava hates Gabi’s guts and certainly wouldn’t mind taking her down a peg.
After Ava and Philip commiserate over their Gabi loathing, it’ll pave the way for them to become allies once more.
Ava may suggest they should attack Gabi from all angles – including forcing her out of Titan and destroying Gabi’s relationship.
Since Gabi is always gloating about how solid things are with Jake, Ava and Philip might think tearing them apart would be the best path to vengeance. We’ll provide updates as other Days news rolls in.
