Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) will get some huge news from Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), who’ll bring Tripp up to speed on the puzzle he solved with John Black (Drake Hogestyn).
Tripp will get updates on his half-brother, Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), who’s suspected of assaulting Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold).
That alone will be shocking and infuriating, but Tripp will also find out Charlie kidnapped Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and had her stashed in his apartment the entire time. Ava was also drugged and has suffered a great deal while in captivity.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Tripp will fume over all these bombshells and will want to confront Charlie, but first thing’s first! Tripp will decide to visit Ava right away – and Ava will certainly be glad when Tripp finally comes through the door.
DOOL fans know Ava had a horrible hallucination involving Charlie with a bloody knife. Ava imagined Charlie stabbing Tripp and leaving his half-brother dead on the floor. She even thought “Patch” blamed her and took Tripp away to bury him, so Ava’s really been in bad shape.
Once Tripp appears in Ava’s hospital room, she may wonder if he’s even real. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ava will remain pretty messed up from the drugs she was given, which will further enrage Tripp. It’ll also break Tripp’s heart to see Ava in such a tragic state, but he’ll offer plenty of reassurance.
Tripp will let Ava know that he’s fine and she’s going to be fine, too. He’ll want Ava to trust that they’ll indeed have a chance to get better acquainted as mother and son – just as they planned.
As Tripp comforts Ava, he’ll promise to protect her from now on. Days spoilers say Tripp will refuse to let Charlie harm Ava or even come near her ever again. However, Ava will be more concerned about Charlie hurting Tripp instead! If given the chance, there’s no predicting what Charlie might do to his half-brother.
Ava will have more reasons to worry eventually, but Tripp will do his best to support Ava in this moment. Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will push Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) to take Ava home with him and protect her for a while.
Tripp may go along with that plan since a cop’s home is probably the safest place for Ava.
It doesn’t sound like Charlie will stay in police custody, so there could be more danger brewing in Salem. We’ll deliver more details as other DOOL info comes in. Days spoilers say Charlie could cause more chaos soon enough, so stay tuned.
