Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) will pump the brakes on Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) baby plan. This worried husband won’t be sure about having their first child yet, so Ciara may wonder what she can do to convince Ben the time is right.
Back when Ben urged Ciara to remember their love story, he talked about all the plans they had – including making some of the most beautiful babies that town had ever seen.
Ben and Ciara haven’t shied away from the topic of having children someday.
Of course, Ben and Ciara also discussed the dreams that kept them connected when they were apart. There was a dream that featured pregnant Ciara along with one where she gave birth to a baby boy named Bo Brady Weston.
Kids have been part of Ben and Ciara’s vision for their future together, but things will be different when there’s a chance it could become a reality.
Days spoilers say Ciara will run out of birth control pills while camping with Ben, so it looks like that’ll ultimately launch this DOOL discussion.
Ciara will be the one who first suggests trying for a baby. She may argue that they’d probably be thinking about it by now if they’d been able to spend more time together.
Ben and Ciara only recently reunited, so that might be part of Ben’s objection.
It turns out Ben won’t be quite as enthusiastic about Ciara’s idea – at least not at first.
Ben might contend that he wants Ciara all to himself a bit longer. Perhaps it’d be best to focus on their relationship instead of planning for the next Days milestone.
However, Ciara might contend that she’s tired of all the waiting since they’ve done so much of it. She may also sense that Ben’s hesitance runs deeper.
This could be about Ben’s fear that he’ll pass on his dark side, but Ciara feels like that’s been handled through therapy and medication.
Ciara trusts Ben and knows he’ll be an excellent father, so she’ll urge Ben to take this leap of faith with her.
Since Ciara has Ben wrapped around her little finger, it shouldn’t be long until Ben caves in.
Ben would do anything to make Ciara happy – and a baby would make Ben happy too, even if he’s a tad nervous about it early on.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say the week of September 6-10 will bring an in-depth baby-making discussion, so Ben and Ciara may resolve to start trying for a bundle of joy soon.
