Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) could take advantage of Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) vulnerable situation. DOOL fans know Xander’s battling heartbreak since he believes Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) dumped him.
In reality, Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) made Sarah disappear, but Xander’s stuck thinking that the love of his life doesn’t love him back.
As a result, Xander’s been doing plenty of drinking and will continue to do so during the week of April 5-9. Meanwhile, Chanel will turn to Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) for help and most likely get shot down.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Chanel will push Theo to live together, but something tells us Theo isn’t going to be too keen on getting a place with his ex. That’s particularly true since Theo clearly has feelings for Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal).
Right after Theo presumably rejects the idea, Chanel will bump into Xander in the park. Xander will be drowning his sorrows, so he’ll offer up some booze to Chanel as well.
Days spoilers state that Chanel will join Xander on a bench, so they’ll have a chance to open up to each other about their problems.
Chanel will no doubt complain about Paulina Price’s (Jackee Harry) treatment of her. Xander may relate to how disrespected he tends to feel in his own family.
There’ll be an opportunity for Chanel and Xander to form an intriguing bond, so we have to wonder where this storyline’s headed next.
Based on spring preview info, we know that Xander will wake up in a surprising situation that brings some humor and provides a distraction. Xander will face some drama in the aftermath of his drunken bender.
Xander will have to clean up some messes he makes while plastered, so Chanel could be part of those messes.
Chanel could probably pop Xander’s last name in a search engine and determine that he’s from one of the wealthiest families in town. Xander may not be rolling in the dough on his own, but he’s connected to Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and that might be good enough for Chanel!
It’s easy to imagine Chanel setting her sights on living at the Kiriakis mansion and scoring a job at Titan Industries. Could Chanel take things a step further and try to make Xander her husband?
What if Xander wakes up after a quickie marriage to Chanel and can’t even remember what happened?
Chanel seems way too young for Xander, though she’s indeed of legal age. However, this DOOL story would be more about Chanel trying to mooch off someone besides her rich mother. It wouldn’t really be about romance.
Whatever the case, we’ve got all these hints about the aftermath of Xander’s drunken bender – and then Chanel will drop a bomb on Paulina and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) during the week of April 12-16.
Could Chanel reveal that Xander is her husband and that she’s now the queen of the Kiriakis mansion? Scheming Chanel might want to take Xander for everything he’s got in the divorce!
