Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that “Cin” fans are eagerly awaiting another Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) appearance. Ciara showed up in Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) fantasy over the holidays and helped him place her ornament on the Christmas tree.
However, that was only in grieving Ben’s head – and most of us are ready to see Ciara in the flesh.
DOOL has built an intriguing mystery since they intentionally made it so Ciara’s death couldn’t be confirmed. Ben certainly can’t take Vincent Belman’s (Michael Teh) word for it – and there’s no concrete evidence to suggest Ciara’s gone for good.
On the contrary! Days of Our Lives spoilers confirm Ciara is alive, so it’s just a matter of when we’ll see the proof on screen. In an SOD preview interview last month, Days Head Writer Ron Carlivati suggested the real Ciara’s return wouldn’t be too far off.
Most of Carlivati’s teasers for 2021 have already played out or are at least about to, so Victoria Konefal’s comeback should be just around the corner.
After Ben opens up to Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) about feeling like Ciara survived, he’ll admit he’s struggling with that. In his heart, Ben will know Ciara’s still out there somewhere and needs him.
As Ben works through all this, he’ll think he wouldn’t be a very good husband if he didn’t act on his instincts.
At the same time, Ben will feel kind of crazy for still holding out hope. Here’s where Carlivati’s hint will play out. “But as the audience will soon see, it may not be as totally crazy as he thinks it is,” Carlivati said about Ben’s hunch.
Back in October, a leaked audition tape surfaced that let us know Days was casting a captor – one who’s working for Vincent and keeping Ciara in captivity. Now everything’s coming together for Ciara’s imminent return.
Though it’ll probably just be a brief glimpse, we’ll see and hear the REAL Ciara. That’s a huge step forward for “Cin” fans who are anxious to get this couple on reunion road. It seems likely Ciara’s return will happen in time for February sweeps, so that gives us something to look forward to.
As other DOOL news emerges, we’ll bring you more details. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben won’t be reuniting with Ciara anytime soon, but at least we’ll see Ciara separately and get some updates on how she’s doing.
