Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Orpheus (George DelHoyo) will dupe Rhodes (Jason Downs) into making some big changes. It seems Orpheus will find out about Vincent Belman’s (Michael Teh) plot from behind bars and decide he’d like to be the one controlling Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) fate.
However, Orpheus may end up needing some help with his new plan – and there’s only one person he might be able to manipulate into providing it. Will Evan Frears aka Christian Maddox (Brock Kelly) make a DOOL comeback as well?
Let’s consider how this storyline might play out and how Evan might fit back into the picture.
Ciara has been insisting that Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) would pay a boatload to get her out of this jam. Money is no object for Victor – and that’s why Orpheus tried kidnapping Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) for ransom before he crashed the car and it all went so horribly wrong.
Of course, Orpheus also wasn’t happy with Ciara for holding Evan at gunpoint and forcing a confession out of him. That eventually led to Evan’s downward spiral, which even brought Evan’s attempt to take his own life behind bars.
Evan was doing better following his transfer to Bayview until Orpheus ordered Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to get him released during the blackout. In the end, Evan bashed Orpheus in the head to knock him unconscious and disappeared.
Why did Days writers have Evan vanish instead of just having him willingly go back to Bayview? Could it be because they need Evan to be a free man for the next phase of his story?
Orpheus clearly has a tight grip on Evan, so maybe this father and son have been in touch since then.
Since Evan isn’t mentally stable, Orpheus might convince Evan to pitch in on his new Ciara scheme. Ciara figured out Evan was Jordan Ridgeway’s (Chrishell Stause) true killer, so she exposed the truth to save Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson).
Orpheus could manipulate Evan into believing Ciara is the source of all his problems.
If Evan won’t cooperate willingly, all Orpheus has to do is make threats against David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends). Orpheus might count on Evan to handle things on the outside until Orpheus can plot another escape.
Perhaps Orpheus’ goal will be to get all the money he can from Victor and maybe even steal the money in Vincent’s account, too.
Orpheus will essentially be taking over this kidnapping and hostage situation, but will Evan become an accomplice?
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ciara will have a shocking reunion with someone on February 19. We know Ciara won’t be reunited with Ben anytime soon, so this reunion may not be all that pleasant.
Evan makes the most sense here as someone who’d help or at least be forced to help Orpheus. Will it be Evan who Ciara comes face to face with once again?
