Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, August 20, tease that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will have a spontaneous wedding while EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) seeks Nicole Walker’s (Arianne Zucker) help. Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) and Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) will also make their joint exit for now, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Ben finally feels like everything’s right in the world now that he’s back together with Ciara – well, almost everything!
All that’s left to do is put Ciara’s rings on her finger again, so Ben will want to hurry up and make this official.
Ben will throw together a spur-of-the-moment ceremony without any real planning, but Ciara won’t need any frills since this isn’t their first rodeo.
The new nuptials will just be about recommitting to their future and kicking off a new chapter.
Ben will recruit Marlena (Deidre Hall) to perform the ceremony while Ciara apologizes for how she treated Claire before.
Claire will understand that Ciara couldn’t remember and won’t hold it against her. We may see Claire offer her own apology for kissing Ben, but that’s all water under the bridge now.
Ciara knows Claire is pretty much the biggest “Cin” shipper there is, so they’ll make amends and get their bond back on track.
Of course, Ciara should be stunned over Claire’s news about moving to South Africa and taking that social media job.
However, she should be happy Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) will have someone to keep him company and lift his spirits.
Once Claire clears her new job with Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Belle Brady (Martha Madison), she’ll prepare to catch her flight with Theo.
Days spoilers say Theo will bid farewell to his own family and take Claire back to Johannesburg soon after.
Next on Friday’s DOOL episode, Ciara will be blown away over Ben’s wedding surprise.
Ciara certainly won’t object to making Ben her husband once more, so Days spoilers say the ceremony is about to get underway.
Over with Nicole, she’ll be down in the dumps over some preliminary divorce papers that Belle passes along. EJ will also pay Nicole a visit with two goals in mind.
For starters, EJ will want to thank Nicole for delivering the incriminating letter, which opened his eyes to the truth about Sami Brady DiMera’s (Alison Sweeney) cheating.
It turns out EJ will seek assistance from Nicole as well, so he’ll make an offer that could be mutually beneficial.
Meanwhile, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will catch up with Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), who’ll no doubt complain about EJ and worry about Sami.
Johnny may mention meeting a new girl he’s interested in and quiz Allie on her own love life, but Allie won’t make any Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) connections just yet.
Chanel will enjoy hanging out with Johnny and may promise to let him visit his nephew, Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox), back at home.
