Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, May 28, tease that Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) and Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) will make a surprise connection while Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) is forced to sacrifice true love – at least for now. As for Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney), she’ll grill Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) about Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) and the secrets she’s keeping.
First, Gwen will sink deeper into drug drama thanks to Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry). Gwen will once again complain about having to make deliveries for the doc, but he’ll warn about what’s at stake.
Unless Gwen wants Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to find out she lost the baby before her staircase fall, she’ll have to do what she’s told.
Dr. Snyder may make even worse threats if he has to. This guy is bad news and will do whatever it takes to make Gwen cooperate!
Gwen will also bump into Xander on Friday’s DOOL episode, so it’ll be interesting to see what this encounter is like. Will Xander and Gwen clash or hit it off as friends?
Either way, Gwen might be an intriguing love interest for Xander since they’re both single and will soon be housemates at the Horton home.
Other Days spoilers say Sami will be fixated on Nicole’s betrayal. Never mind the fact that Sami cheated on her own husband! Sami has a tendency to ignore her own flaws and blame everyone else for their mistakes.
Allie Horton will get interrogated by her mom in Friday’s exciting show. Sami will pump her daughter for info and hope Nicole might’ve spilled something useful.
Perhaps Sami will get confirmation that Nicole didn’t come home that night and consider it confirmation that Nicole slept with Xander in his hotel room.
It won’t be long until Sami corners Nicole and demands some answers. Sami will accuse Nicole of sleeping with Xander and wonder what she has to say for herself.
Of course, there’s no reason for Nicole to come clean since Sami still won’t have real evidence. The best thing Nicole can do is act like that’s crazy talk and push Sami to mind her own business.
Nicole will get a visit from Xander afterward and may admit she’s getting some pushback from Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) on hiring him. Xander will taunt Nicole with a kiss on the cheek and make it clear that she’d better make this happen or else!
In the meantime, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) will console Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) and hate that she’s going through this blindness ordeal. Lucas won’t know Kate’s faking it, so he’ll feel genuinely terrible for her.
Kate may feel like she has to keep up the charade – even with her own son – if she wants to successfully dupe Jake and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus). The trickiest part may be getting Dr. Snyder to keep Kate’s secret while she schemes.
As for Jake, he’ll indeed be fooled and will explain some tough details to Gabi on Friday. Gabi will realize Kate doesn’t remember finding them in bed together and doesn’t know he’s moved on.
When you combine that with Kate seemingly going blind, Jake will have some good reasons to sacrifice his relationship with Gabi for now. Jake may feel like it’s the right thing to do, so it seems he’ll put his romance on hold while he gives Kate all the support she needs.
Naturally, temptation could become a problem for Jake and Gabi sooner or later!
Until then, Days spoilers say Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will be the ones facing temptation. Ava wants to go slow and do this right, but she won’t be able to resist falling into bed with Rafe – and he’ll certainly be happy about that.
