Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, November 26, tease that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) will help stabbed Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) while Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) frees John Black (Drake Hogestyn) from his chains. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will also flee after exposure, so here’s what Days fans can look forward to.
For starters, we should note that DOOL will be preempted on Thursday, November 25. You can check out the National Dog Show instead before Days picks back up on Friday, November 26, but this episode will definitely be worth the wait.
In the DiMera crypt, Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) will get the knife away from Susan before she collapses.
Susan didn’t want EJ to die, but she couldn’t kill John either. It seems Susan thought the best option would be sacrificing herself in hopes that both EJ and John could live.
Susan stabbed herself, but she thankfully wasn’t able to finish the job.
After Susan collapses outside the crypt, Steve will make sure she gets inside the DiMera mansion. EJ will put pressure on his mother’s wound in the living room as he wonders what the heck is going on!
Susan may be too weak to get much out, but she may mutter something about the devil and leave everyone confused.
Fortunately, John should be able to offer updates once Anna rushes to the crypt and breaks John out of his shackles.
John will be pretty weak as well, but he’s at least coherent and can explain that Marlena has been possessed once again.
This certainly won’t be the quiet Thanksgiving celebration that EJ, Anna and Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) had in mind!
Once Susan is hospitalized, EJ will visit her beside and express his gratitude that his mother survived.
It doesn’t look like Susan’s condition will be too serious in the end, so that’s a relief. Susan will be glad for this bonding opportunity with EJ, even if it’s coming under unfortunate circumstances.
Next, Doug will continue his accusations about the devil being in the Horton dining room.
Marlena may act like Doug’s talking crazy, but everything should suddenly start making sense to Belle Brady (Martha Madison), Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer), Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) and Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes).
Once possessed Marlena realizes the jig is up, she’ll flee to Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) place.
Marlena will interrupt Ciara and Ben’s cozy little Thanksgiving together with an announcement about needing their help, but she’s about to tell a pack of lies!
Days of Our Lives spoilers say the devil will focus on salvaging his evil baby plans, so Ben and Ciara had better watch out.
