Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will find a new home when they move in with Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). This disastrous housemate idea will bring conflict and chaos, so let’s talk about the trouble ahead.
DOOL fans know Jake was furious after he lost the CEO position at DiMera Enterprises. After the way Jake’s brothers turned against him, he’s not feeling the love for anything related to DiMera right now.
Jake would rather forget he ever found out the connection and do his own thing.
Of course, that’s a little hard to do in the DiMera mansion, especially with Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) portrait staring down constantly.
Gabi quickly assured Jake that she’d move out with him, so that shows her level of commitment to this romance. Gabi doesn’t care where she lives as long as she can build a future with Jake.
However, more problems are looming since Jake and Gabi will ultimately settle in at the Hernandez house. Days viewers know the place is pretty tiny, particularly compared to the giant DiMera manse.
That’ll put Gabi and Jake in close quarters with Ava and Rafe, so you can see how tension might erupt.
We know Gabi and Ava don’t get along anyway, so it’s strange that Gabi’s moving back in at all!
Nevertheless, Gabi may feel like she can push Ava out of the picture if she gets close to the situation.
Gabi might actually have a shot if she focuses on Rafe’s feelings for Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) and uses them to sabotage his relationship with Ava.
Regardless, Gabi may refuse to let Ava get in the way of what she wants – and what she wants might be for her boyfriend and brother to get to know each other a bit better.
Days spoilers say there’ll definitely be some drama once Ava and Gabi are under the same roof again, but maybe Rafe and Jake can bond as they try to calm them down.
