Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will take Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) to bed and help to numb the pain of Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) lies. Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) is sure to fume over her brother’s move, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Y&R fans know Johnny was ready to hit the sheets with Chanel from practically the moment he first saw her.
Chanel and Johnny nearly took that step early on, but Johnny’s lack of condoms brought a delay and the chance for Chanel to come to her senses.
Instead of jumping right in bed with Johnny, Chanel opted to wait – especially since it would’ve been an emotional response to Allie’s rejection.
Johnny was respectful of Chanel’s decision and has been quite patient when it comes to waiting on their inevitable sizzle in the bedroom.
Since Johnny thinks Chanel is something special, he’s been willing to properly woo her. Johnny is no doubt hoping for a big payoff when the time is right – and DOOL spoilers hint that the time will indeed be right soon.
During the week of November 15-19, Chanel will discover two massive secrets after opening up to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall).
Possessed Marlena will want to wreak havoc, so she’ll spill the news that Paulina is Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) biological mother.
Marlena will also let Chanel know that Abe Carver (James Reynolds) isn’t Lani’s biological father.
Once Chanel learns these shocking truths, she won’t be able to keep them to herself. Days spoilers say Chanel will drop the parental bombs during Paulina and Abe’s nuptials, so that’ll lead to major pain all around.
It’ll bring Chanel no pleasure to hurt Abe and Lani, but she’ll feel like she’s doing the right thing by exposing Paulina as a liar.
Even so, Chanel will struggle once she blows the wedding to bits and shatters relationships in the process – including her own relationship with Paulina.
Chanel will turn to Johnny for comfort and will perhaps insist she just wants to forget about her problems for a while.
Johnny will be more than willing to finally take Chanel to bed – and it looks like they’ll indeed land there since Days spoilers say their romance will heat up.
What happens once Allie gets updates on this huge step? Allie may feel like Johnny took advantage of Chanel’s suffering.
There’s a good chance Allie will fly into a rage over Johnny using Chanel when he should’ve been offering support.
Of course, Johnny may feel like that’s exactly what he was doing – and Chanel will probably back him up on that.
Furthermore, Chanel may think it’s none of Allie’s business since she’s getting in deeper with Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) now.
Chanel might feel like Allie needs to butt out and worry about her own relationship, but she’ll secretly be hurting over losing Allie as well.
Bottom line, Chanel will use sleeping with Johnny to cope with a mountain of problems, so that could lead to trouble.
