Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Johnny DiMera’s (Carson Boatman) movie star plans for Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) will become Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) next marriage complication. DOOL fans know Chad and Abigail have been having some serious relationship issues, so Chad’s concerned that divorce might be on the horizon.
The good news is Chad will talk Abigail into returning home and meeting him halfway when it comes to repairing the damage. The bad news is Johnny’s big idea could serve as a distraction.
Days spoilers say Johnny will move forward with his new movie despite EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feurreigel) disapproval. Filmmaking has become Johnny’s passion, so he wants to give this career path a real shot and hopefully become a huge success.
However, Johnny has more to worry about than just securing investors. He also needs to find a leading lady for this exciting flick of his – and he’ll think he’s found her once Abigail moves back in the DiMera mansion.
Days spoilers state that Johnny will corner Abigail and make a strong pitch for why she should star in his movie.
Of course, Abigail will inevitably have some reservations, but Johnny can be quite the charmer and will no doubt work to convince Abby that she’d be the perfect fit.
Naturally, Chad will also have a chance to weight in on Johnny’s movie star offer to Abigail. He may advise Johnny to stop pestering Abigail about this and just let them focus on rebuilding their marriage.
This could obviously take time away from Chad’s efforts to get closer to Abigail again, so he may disapprove.
Chad may not like the thought of Abigail having other men ogling her if Johnny’s film becomes successful – not that Chad’s probably expecting that!
Even so, Abigail could get pretty famous if Johnny’s film movie becomes a hit by some fluke.
It’s easy to imagine some fantasy sequence where Chad fears he’ll become the forgotten husband while Abigail’s being wined and dined by plenty of other handsome fellas.
There’s no mention of a leading man in Johnny’s movie plans, but that could become an issue as well if he casts one.
We should note that Days spoilers simply say Johnny will push Abigail to star in his movie – not that she’ll agree or actually end up doing it.
If Chad objects and Abigail senses this is going to be more trouble than it’s worth, she might bow out and let someone else take the leading role.
Whatever the case, Johnny’s filmmaking career will continue to make waves – and the next ones will hit for Chad and Abigail was they work on fixing their marriage. We’ll provide updates as other DOOL details become available.
