Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will make a horrifying discovery and will ultimately realize Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) must be possessed. The devil will offer a giant warning sign that brings John to a turning point, so let’s discuss what’s in store.
During the week of October 18-22, Marlena will deliver a decision that catches John off guard.
It turns out that decision will come as a shock to Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) as well, so this has to tie in with the possession film.
Since John will prove unsuccessful in getting Johnny to drop the idea, he may hope Marlena will have better luck.
John might urge Marlena to speak with Johnny herself and share how painful it’d be for him to move forward.
Inviting the devil to wreak more havoc on Salem is the last thing John wants to do – and he indeed fears it could happen if this possession flick becomes a reality. However, Marlena has to follow the devil’s orders right now.
Days spoilers say possessed Marlena’s choice will leave John confused and even a bit disturbed.
It sounds like Marlena will insist she’s all for the possession movie and might argue it’ll be cathartic or something along those lines.
Marlena may contend that after much consideration, she’s decided to support Johnny’s film endeavor wholeheartedly.
Afterward, John will pretty much come to grips with what’s happening. He won’t be able to confirm anything, but he’ll have a strong hunch that Marlena has been possessed by the devil again.
Next, Days spoilers say John will try to remain calm and go about proving it.
Unfortunately, it won’t be easy to avoid panic – and getting hard evidence will be a tricky task, too. DOOL viewers will see John go on the hunt and discover a puzzling clue that could further seal the deal on his possession theory.
That theory is obviously correct and will spark plenty of “Jarlena” heartbreak once the devil realizes he’s been caught.
