Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will battle concerns about his missing memories. DOOL fans know John was so full of rage that he just went on autopilot and wound up at Charlie Dale’s (Mike Manning) apartment building.
Just as John went to get out of his car, he was hit with a blinding pain and ultimately blacked out.
That means John has some time missing, so it’s going to be crucial for John to figure out what happened and fill in those memory gaps. Days of Our Lives spoilers say the news of Charlie’s murder will spread across Salem, especially after Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) is arrested.
Sami is John’s stepdaughter, so he cares a great deal about her despite their issues over the years. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) is the most important in the world to John, so he’d never let her child go down for something he might’ve done.
The problem is John doesn’t know exactly what he did that night, though he’ll soon fear he might’ve taken justice into his own hands.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say John will worry about his actions during the week of March 1-5. Part of John will fear he’s Charlie’s killer, but he just won’t know for sure.
DOOL viewers know John privately recalled hearing a gunshot, but that’s really all he has to go on. At this point, John knows he very well may have been the one to fire that shot.
Naturally, John will also know there’s a possibility he was simply near the scene of the crime when it happened. John will realize he might’ve heard Sami or someone else pulling the trigger.
This could put John in a tight spot, especially as other suspects like Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) and Belle Brady (Martha Madison) emerge.
These are all people John loves dearly, so he’d probably hate to remember something incriminating that could contribute to any of them getting locked up. At the same time, John may need the truth if he wants to clear all of them along with Sami.
Plus, this is going to eat away at John until he knows exactly what played out. With all that in mind, will John ask Marlena to hypnotize him? John may feel like the best thing he can do is go under hypnosis and try to recover his missing memories of what happened before Charlie’s murder.
It’ll be risky since it could implicate John or someone he loves, but he’ll surely want to get some answers.
