Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, April 5, tease that Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will try to swear Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) to secrecy. Ava just came clean to Nicole about seeing Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) leaving Charlie Dale’s (Mike Manning) apartment.
When Ava went inside right after, Charlie had already been shot and was dying on the floor.
Of course, Ava will assume that Tripp is guilty or at least could be. Days spoilers say Ava won’t want Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) or anyone else at the Salem PD to hear about this. Ava will count on Nicole to keep her mouth shut, so it seems Nicole will agree for now.
In the meantime, Tripp will have a confession of his own to make. He had something to tell Allie when Days last left off, so will Tripp admit to seeing Charlie dying on the floor, too?
It doesn’t look like Tripp actually shot Charlie, but he obviously left him there to die and may feel a bit guilty about that.
However, it’s also possible Allie will get the good news about Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) being cleared before Tripp can say more. Tripp may realize there’s no need to confess and keep quiet about even being at Charlie’s place.
Whatever the case, Days of Our Lives spoilers say this murder mystery isn’t over! At the townhouse, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will open up to Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) since he just admitted to hearing a gunshot that night.
John will wonder if he might’ve fired it, but Marlena may not think John should jump to any hasty conclusions. After all, everyone knows a deadly shot was fired that night. Hearing it doesn’t mean John pulled the trigger, but he’ll struggle over all the unknowns and wish he could remember.
At the hospital, Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will make her position clear. DOOL fans know Jan just stopped Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) from arresting her and is threatening to take John down with her.
Jan will reiterate that she wants John to pay for nearly killing her after the wedding chaos.
However, Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will think a deal can be arranged. She’ll argue that she’ll let Jan off the hook for holding her at gunpoint – and in return, Belle will expect Jan to let John off the hook, too. Neither side will be thrilled about this arrangement, but it’s one that’ll benefit all parties involved.
Once Belle updates John, he’ll insist Belle and Shawn can’t let Jan walk free. John will be willing to go to prison of that’s what it takes, but Belle will refuse to let her dad land behind bars.
It won’t be long until Belle draws up the legal paperwork for this quid pro quo, so a deal will indeed be struck soon enough.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will face a moment that rattles her. Despite Ciara’s lack of memories when it comes to her love story with Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), Ciara will still feel a connection somehow.
Ben and Ciara’s strong bond will shine through when Ben visits again, so Ciara will be taken aback and unsettled.
Ciara will push Ben away for now, but this could be why Ciara ultimately decide to go through with hypnosis. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ciara will indeed be hypnotized later in the week, but this plan won’t work out as well as Ben hopes.
