Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Monday, February 15, reveal that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) picked up his phone and said, “Ciara?” On the other end, Ciara Weston (Victoria Konefal) spoke to Ben, but he couldn’t hear her due to the horrible connection. “Hello, is anyone there?” Ben called into the phone.
Ciara continued to try to talk to Ben, but just then Rhodes (Jason Downs) rushed in and yelled at Ciara to hang up that phone now. Rhodes and Ciara struggled, and Rhodes got the phone out of Ciara’s hand.
Ciara yelled out, “Ben, I love you!” and Ben heard this on the other end of the line, just before the line went dead. Ben rushed out of his apartment.
Outside the Brady Pub, Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) bumped into Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). Tripp tried to get away, but Lucas insisted on apologizing to him for attacking him over the rape allegations.
Through their conversation, Lucas shared that the police let Charlie Dale (Mike C. Manning) go, which outraged Tripp. Both Lucas and Tripp expressed anger over Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) rapist going free.
At the hospital, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) asked to speak to Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) in private. Rafe and Nicole left Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) room and went out near the nurses’ hub, where Rafe thought Nicole was out of line to offer his house to Ava for protection.
Nicole argued that Ava was in danger from Charlie, but Rafe continued to balk.
Rafe and Nicole went back and forth about this for a while, until eventually Nicole wore Rafe down. Nicole really buttered Rafe up, saying that he could make a difference in Ava’s life. Rafe said that Nicole was relentless. “So, is that a yes?” Nicole asked.
In Ava’s hospital room, Tripp arrived to see his mom. Ava rehashed Charlie’s earlier visit, saying that he had threatened her so that she couldn’t testify against him on the kidnapping charge.
Tripp and Ava agreed that Charlie was delusional, and Ava said that she wasn’t afraid of him. “If he tries to come near me again, he’s going to regret it,” Ava promised.
Tripp said that he got Ava’s apartment ready for her, and that he fully stocked the fridge and got the locks changed. Ava said that she might not be coming home. “Where will you go?” Tripp asked. Rafe and Nicole entered the room, and Rafe said that Ava would be staying with him.
In the park, Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) asked Charlie why he wasn’t in jail, and Charlie shared that he’d been cleared of the rape charge.
Charlie went on to explain that he did sleep with Allie back in London, but that it was 100% consensual. Claire didn’t want to hear the details, but Charlie begged, so Claire relented.
Charlie rehashed how he was spying on Tripp for Ava, and how he met Allie at the club but that she went home with Tripp. Charlie claimed that Allie later called him and that he went over to her flat where they slept together consensually.
Claire didn’t believe a word of this nonsense, and Charlie pled with Claire to believe him.
Charlie said that he was in love with Claire, and he asked Claire to say that she loved him too, but Claire could only say how much Charlie disgusted her. Claire said that Allie was hypnotized and that she remembered what happened.
Charlie grabbed Claire violently and they tussled, with Claire telling Charlie to let her go.
Suddenly, Ben came rushing up on the scene and yelled at Charlie to get his hands off of Claire. Claire told Charlie that she didn’t believe him and that she didn’t love him. “You’re nothing to me,” Claire said before leaving.
Ben turned to Charlie and said, “You come near her again, you will be sorry.” Ben took off.
At Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) and John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) penthouse, Allie told Marlena that she felt terribly about what she put Tripp through. Marlena thought that they all needed to focus on the future now and make sure that justice was served.
Allie admitted that she thought about the rape a lot, and that she had trouble sleeping, but that she loved Henry Horton (Jayna and Kinsley Fox) more than anything.
Allie said that now when she looks at Henry, she just sees her son and doesn’t think about his father at all.
Soon, Lucas arrived and shared that Charlie was now claiming that what happened in London was consensual and that the London police decided not to move forward with the case.
Allie and Marlena were horrified and disappointed. Lucas suggested that he, Allie, and Henry spend some time together, and they took off for an outing.
Back outside the Brady Pub, Claire and Ben sat and regrouped. Claire said that before Charlie interrupted her, she was on her way to see Marlena and Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk).
Ben shared about his phone call from Ciara, and Claire suggested that they go find Susan so that she can help them. Ben and Claire rushed off.
In the room where Ciara’s being held, Rhodes told Ciara that he was angry with her, and he alluded to wanting to kill her, yet he said that he wouldn’t. Later, Ciara sat alone in her room, and she told herself that Ben must have heard her through the phone.
In town square, Allie, Lucas, and Henry strolled along when Charlie walked up. “Is that my son?” Charlie asked. “Are you Charlie Dale?” Lucas fired back. “Man, I’m going to kill you!”
Lucas lunged at Charlie, and Allie intervened, getting Lucas to back off. Lucas told Charlie that if the police drop the ball, he’d take care of him.
Finally, at Statesville Prison, Rhodes walked into the visiting area to see Vincent Belman (Michael Teh). Vincent was sitting with his back to Rhodes, and Rhodes said, “Vincent we need to talk.”
When Vincent turned around, it was actually Orpheus (George DelHoyo), who said, “Indeed we do.”
