Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, October 25, teases that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will take John Black (Drake Hogestyn) captive while Abe Carver (James Reynolds) dies and comes back to life. Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) will also make a big decision, so let’s discuss all the action happening on Monday’s DOOL episode.
We should mention that the show will be celebrating an incredible anniversary for James Reynolds.
Reynolds has been playing Abe Carver for 40 years, so he certainly deserves to be honored. Since Abe is fighting for his life, this is the ideal time for his family and friends to cling to fond memories.
Days viewers know Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) used to have some issues with Paulina, but they’ve made a lot of progress since then. However, Monday’s episode should lead to a genuine connection.
Julie has been dealing with plenty of Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) drama – and now Paulina is terrified for Abe.
That’ll give Paulina and Julie a reason to lean on each other, but Abe’s fight for survival will obviously remain the focus. There’ll be time to worry about Julie and her desire to visit Doug later.
Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) is a great doctor since she’s apparently an expert in every field! That’s just how things tend to be on soaps. Even so, Kayla will feel like she’s failed Abe when she can’t restart his heart.
Abe will be dead as he visits the garden where Lexie Carver died – at least in his own mind. A recast version of Lexie will reunite with Abe and wonder if he’d like to stay with her forever.
As tempting as that’ll be, Abe will know he can’t go any further into the light. He’s got people who need him back in the land of the living, so he’ll say goodbye to Lexie and stun Kayla with a miracle.
Days spoilers say Abe will pull through, so that’ll be the best news Paulina, Julie, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) could possibly receive.
Lani will gently kiss Abe as he remains unconscious and will be unbelievably grateful that her dad survived.
Of course, Days fans know Abe isn’t Lani’s biological father, but that won’t matter in this moment.
Paulina should choose to keep her mouth shut about Lani’s real parents since she couldn’t possibly wreck a dad and daughter bond this beautiful.
At St. Luke’s, there’ll be an epic faceoff between John and possessed Marlena.
Now that John knows the truth, the devil can’t let him leave the church and blab his secret. Marlena will channel the devil’s power to blow John back on the floor, where he should wind up knocked out cold.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Marlena will make John her hostage and stash him in the DiMera crypt, so the devil will be able to continue his reign of terror.
