Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for the next two weeks tease that some startling romantic developments are ahead in Salem. During the week of April 12-16, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will push Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) to give Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) another chance at a truce.
Abigail was furious when Gwen hurled on her legs instead of…well, anywhere else!
In fact, Abigail accused Gwen of puking on demand or at least being so sick with guilt that she couldn’t confirm Laura Horton’s (Jaime Lyn Bauer) death was an accident. However, Chad will feel like Abigail should give Gwen the benefit of the doubt and try to patch things up.
Unfortunately, Abigail has yet another surprise waiting on her this time. She’ll arrive to find Gwen confiding her pregnancy confirmation to Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford).
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abigail will blow her top before insisting she’s more than willing to take Gwen to an abortion clinic.
Since Gwen will claim this is Chad’s baby, Abigail will want her to terminate the pregnancy. It’ll be Jack who pipes to defend Gwen’s right to mull it over and make her own choice.
In the hospital, Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will get a visit from Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth). Justin will be glad to see Ciara alive and well – at least as well as she can be under the stressful circumstances.
Ciara will get a special delivery, so she should be moved by the letter from Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) that Justin offers.
It sounds like Victor will be out of town with Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) and unable to speak with Ciara in person, but she’ll be touched by Victor’s words in this letter.
Ciara will be feeling a lot of different emotions in the week ahead – including some intense ones when it comes to Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson). Theo will also have Ciara on his mind and in his heart, so look for Chad to offer some helpful advice.
Ciara will plant a kiss on Theo, but Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) won’t give up on his own future with Ciara. Look for Ben to get a dose of Dr. Wilhelm Rolf’s (William Utay) memory serum and get ready to inject it while Ciara’s snoozing in bed.
While Ben’s plan backfires spectacularly, John Black’s (Drake Hogestyn) big idea should be a better one. He’ll want Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) to hypnotize him and put his fears to rest on the topic of Charlie Dale’s (Mike Manning) murder.
The good news is John will likely remember that he didn’t kill Charlie. The bad news is John may recall Belle Brady (Martha Madison) being near the crime scene!
Belle is missing a red button that was found in Charlie’s apartment and put into an evidence bag. Will John question Belle about her side of the story?
Over with Jan Spears (Heather Lindell), she’ll face Claire Brady’s (Isabel Durant) wrath and perhaps admit she deserves some of it. Even so, Jan genuinely seems to like Claire on some level and will hope friendship is still possible.
As for Chanel Dupree (Precious Way), she’ll thoroughly enjoy her new status as Xander Kiriakis’ (Paul Telfer) wife. Xander won’t remember marrying Chanel due to how drunk he was, but Chanel will insist they’re married and urge him to get used to it.
Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) won’t be happy about Chanel tying the knot with Xander, but she really won’t like what comes next! During the week of April 19-23, Chanel will rope Xander into being her scheming partner.
It’s not like Xander has anything better to do anyway – and he should enjoy backsliding to his bad guy role for a while.
Chanel will come up with a way to scam Paulina and presumably get their hands on a mountain of cash, so Xander will agree to pitch in.
Meanwhile, Ciara’s updates will leave Ben shaken. Ben will find out Ciara’s leaving Salem behind with Theo on her arm, so it seems South Africa will be her new home. After Ben processes that bombshell, his heart will break into a million pieces.
Next, Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) will get in touch with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) and insist the clock is ticking. If Kristen doesn’t get Jake Dimera (Brandon Barash) away from Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) ASAP, then Vivian will vow to expose Kristen’s switch with Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk).
That’ll lead to “Susan” trying to sabotage Kate’s romance, so it won’t be long until Kristen’s raising red flags. After Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) confesses her feelings, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will consider them for a while and decide he feels the same.
However, there’ll be a problem since Kristen will blackmail Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) over her hookup with Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo). Kristen will pressure Sami, who’ll then pressure Lucas to seduce Chloe! There’ll be trouble if Kristen blabs to already angry-all-the-time EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel), so Sami and Lucas would be better off keeping Kristen happy.
Back with Gwen, Days spoilers say she’ll make a decision about her pregnancy – and that probably means she’s going to keep the baby. Gwen will like the idea of forming her own family since she may never be a true Deveraux. At least not if Abigail has anything to say about it!
Over with Belle, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will want some answers about that missing button of hers. Belle will be on the hot seat regarding the murder investigation, but did she kill Charlie?
It doesn’t seem like Days would be making Belle look guilty if she were the true murderer.
Nevertheless, we’re in the homestretch now and gearing up for the real killer’s big reveal. DOOL viewers will find out who actually killed Charlie during the week of April 19-23, so don’t miss that shocker.
