Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) will look forward to Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) return from the Congo, but she’ll be disappointed all over again.
Nicole was upset when Eric made the unilateral decision to spend three more months helping the villagers, but she’s been trying to take it one day at a time.
It hasn’t been easy handling all the Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) chaos and Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) on her own.
If Eric were written in character, he’d absolutely want to be home helping Nicole through all that. Eric would want to be there for Allie and even Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney).
Not to mention Eric bailed on Nicole right when they should’ve been enjoying their blissful honeymoon period. Eric is missing all kinds of moments with his family, which includes his stepdaughter, Holly Jonas (Elin Alexander).
That’s why it’ll infuriate Nicole when Eric makes the bizarre decision to extend his stay with the villagers by another three months. It looks like Eric will once again promise to stick around without even consulting Nicole.
This has to be one of the worst out-of-character exits that Days has ever come up with since it just doesn’t make any sense at all. Nevertheless, it’s what DOOL writers are going for since Greg Vaughan left the show and apparently has no interest in returning right now.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Nicole will blow her top when she gets updates on yet another three-month extension. Nicole will no doubt remind Eric that she’s his wife and should be the priority along with Holly.
Although Nicole initially tried to be supportive, it just won’t seem like Eric’s committed or even all that interested in being a family man anymore. How much help can these villagers possibly need?! And why must Eric be the one to give it?!
There are surely plenty of other ex-priests who could step up here, so it’s easy to see why Nicole will be furious. In the aftermath of Eric’s big news, Days of Our Lives spoilers say Nicole will make a risky decision that could put her marriage at stake.
Since other Days spoilers point to Nicole’s jealousy over Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) bond, all of this could combine into a cheating scandal.
Nicole’s risky decision might be making her move with Rafe and potentially landing in bed with him. If that’s true and Eric finds out, it could mean divorce and a permanent stay with the villagers!
