Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Precious Way’s final airdate as Chanel Dupree is coming up on Monday, July 5, but that won’t mark the end of the character. Way is departing the show to pursue other projects, but Raven Bowens will take over the role on Tuesday, July 6.
That means Chanel will still be around for some hot Salem stories! A big week is coming up for Chanel, June 5-9, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
Precious Way will thankfully stick around long enough for the payoff to this Horton Town Square saga.
Now that Paulina Price’s (Jackée Harry) true agenda has been exposed, Chanel deserves a chance to confront her mom and rip into her for the betrayal.
Way will get an opportunity to wrap up her run with some impressive, emotional scenes as Chanel blasts Paulina for putting work and wealth first as usual.
This will stir up some familiar issues for Chanel, who always felt like her mother put her career first when Chanel was growing up.
Chanel will be appalled since Paulina always intended to build this Price Town big-box store, so Sweet Bits Bakery never stood a chance.
Of course, maybe that’ll change once Abe Carver (James Reynolds) halts demolition on the town square and tries to turn things around. Even so, the pain of Paulina’s betrayal will linger.
Fortunately, Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will be there to support Chanel in the aftermath of all this. Days spoilers say Allie will console her bestie once Raven Bowens debuts in the part on July 6.
DOOL fans will see Chanel snuggle up to Allie on the sofa and accept her comfort, so the feelings between these two are only going to grow stronger.
Days spoilers say Allie will remain somewhat in denial about her side of this relationship and what Chanel really means to her.
However, Chanel will hope to spark a shift in the coming weeks, so look for her to gather her courage and try to make something happen down the road.
