Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will deliver some stunning news to Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) during the week of February 22-26. There’s no confirmation on what that news is just yet, but there are some good clues to ponder.
For starters, Days fans know Sarah is finally all in on her future with Xander. These two are 100 percent on the same page about tying the knot and beginning the next chapter together.
After Xander popped the question, Sarah revealed she had a similar idea and showed off a cake with a “Will you marry me?” message.
It was a sweet way to show Sarah had moved beyond her doubts – and that likely means she’s moved past her baby grief as well. Of course, we don’t want to minimize the double loss Sarah faced.
Sarah was devastated when she realized her own daughter was dead and had been swapped with Rachel Black (Josephine and Rosalind May).
That meant Sarah had to give up Rachel and cope with the pain of losing the real Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton, too. Sarah could never replace her first daughter, but that doesn’t mean she can’t move on and have another child. Could Sarah finally be ready to embark on a parenthood journey with Xander?
It’d certainly be stunning news if Sarah suggested trying to have a baby. Naturally, it’s also possible Days will go ahead and take the next step. Sarah might reveal she’s already pregnant, which would be stunning news indeed!
It’s obvious that DOOL writers are trying to steer Xander away from his career goals and give him a family focus right now. Xander can figure out a new job later, but having him get married and prepare for a new bundle of joy would keep him busy in the meantime.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Xander and Sarah will do some wedding planning in the week ahead, but maybe baby planning will follow! Will Xander learn he’s going to be a dad?
Xander was great back when he was pretending to be “Mickey’s” daddy, so he deserves a chance to have a son or daughter of his own.
Let’s hope Sarah delivers pregnancy updates or at least tells Xander she’s ready to try for another child.
