Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that there are some summer preview shockers in a new promo that was recently released. Some of the highlights include Eric Brady’s (Greg Vaughan) return, a Johnny DiMera recast, our first look at EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and a dead body discovery.
For starters, there’ll be plenty of erupting passion in Salem. DOOL viewers know Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) claims she’s blind, but it’s just part of her plan to make Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) and Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) pay.
Jake will pretend he’s still committed to Kate, but that won’t stop Gabi from stealing steamy moments whenever she can. Gabi can be seen grabbing Jake’s behind in the preview video – obviously assuming that Kate can’t see what’s going on right in front of her.
Kate will actually have a front-row seat to any betrayals Jake makes, so we’ll see how long she can take it before she blows her top!
Next, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) seem poised to become a hot new couple. Their tension while living under the same roof will result in some burning desires. Days of Our Lives spoilers say there’ll be some passionate kisses and perhaps more if they keep it up.
Regardless, Xander will physically attack Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) and do his best to make sure his threats against Gwen become a thing of the past. Gwen will find herself an unusual hero, so that could strengthen her bond with Xander in the coming weeks.
As for Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), she’ll be lucky enough to have two handsome guys chasing after her. Chloe can be seen sharing a smooch with Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) in the preview video, but she’ll share one with Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), too.
Brady will insist all he wants is to be with Chloe, but Chloe will also be pulled back in Philip’s direction after he saves her from Jan Spears’ (Heather Lindell) clutches.
As for Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney), she’ll remind Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) that she’s married as Lucas pushes her to accept the magic between them.
Lucas and Sami will surrender to temptation once again, so they’ll have a make-out session that could escalate into something more if they’re not careful.
However, EJ’s return to town will be a game-changer for Sami – especially since he’ll apologize for how he’s treated her and will want to be the perfect, devoted husband from now on!
The role of Johnny DiMera has also been recast, so it looks like he’ll come home with his dad. Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will be thrilled to see her brother, so they’ll spend some time catching up.
Greg Vaughan is also making a surprise comeback as Eric Brady, so that’ll bring mixed feelings for Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker). Nicole’s reunion with Eric will leave her elated, but she’ll also know it could all blow up in smoke if he finds out she cheated with Xander.
Eric will quickly realize something’s wrong and will push his wife to open up, so we’ll see if Nicole might crack under the pressure.
Other Days spoilers say Claire Brady (Isabel Durant), Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson), Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will enjoy a day on the lake.
However, things will take a sinister turn when a dead body is discovered – and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) won’t think it’s an accident!
Ben will also burn his divorce papers and fight for his marriage, but Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) will have other plans when she shows up demanding a split in person.
Days spoilers say Ben will have to work a bit harder to jog Ciara’s memory and keep love alive.
Finally, Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) will get an unpleasant surprise visitor, so it’ll be interesting to see who ruffles her feathers! As other Days news becomes available, we’ll bring you updates.
