Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Thursday, April 29, tease that Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) will wake up in the DiMera cellar and lash out at her captor. Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will insist Kate left her no choice and will likely add that Kate’s still taking that island getaway she had in mind.
The plan will just be for Kate to head to Stefano DiMera’s (Thaao Penghlis) island instead – and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) won’t be coming along.
Although Kate will demand her freedom, Kristen will refuse to let her hostage go. She’ll reveal her plot to pose as Kate while wearing a mask, so Kate will explode when she learns Kristen’s going to dump Jake!
Kristen will also have a close call since she’ll nearly have a run-in with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) upstairs. However, Kristen will manage to hide while Chad’s on his phone call. She’ll avoid detection for now, but Kristen can’t keep this scheme going forever.
Other Days of Our Lives spoilers say more sparks will fly between Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams).
It looks like Allie will battle some concerns about Henry Horton’s (Jayna and Kinsley Fox) health, so she’ll take him to the hospital and relay her fears to Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) as well as doctor-in-training Tripp.
Tripp should offer reassurance and make it clear this is nothing serious, so that’ll pull Allie even closer. There’ll be another moment of warm connection between them, so Tripp and Allie’s feelings are definitely growing.
It won’t be long until Allie tracks down Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) to admit Claire was right before – that Allie’s falling hard for Tripp!
Over with Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller), Days spoilers say she’ll catch Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) and Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) off guard with a surprise interruption.
Gabi and Philip may be awkwardly discussing their failed attempt at lovemaking when Abigail barges in.
On Thursday’s Days of Our Lives episode, Abigail will request some time alone with Gabi so they can talk about Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). This will give Abigail a chance to rant about Gwen’s pregnancy news and get some advice from Gabi.
Of course, Gabi may warn that Abigail can’t let her desire for revenge consume her, but Abigail will remain determined to get Gwen and her unborn child out of the picture. As for Gwen, she’ll find Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) and insist she’s done with all the drama in Salem.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gwen will plan to leave town, but Jack will no doubt try to talk her out of it. He’ll even get Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) in on this, but Gwen will still wind up packing her bags in a suite at some point.
Gwen will also battle some pain like she’s having a baby crisis, so something already seems to be amiss – and things are only going to head downhill from here.
DOOL fans can expect a major faceoff between Gwen and Abigail as the week, April 26-30, winds down, so stay tuned for some dangerous chaos. Thursday’s episode will set up the staircase showdown to come, so we’ll pass along updates as other Days info rolls in.
