Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, October 14, teases that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will comfort Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) while Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) falls for Gabi Hernandez DiMera’s (Camila Banus) trick. EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) will also sizzle, but Nicole and Rafe’s mutual feelings will cause problems.
First on Thursday’s DOOL episode, Chloe will be beyond frustrated with Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson).
No matter how many times Chloe tries to get Philip to trust her, it never really sinks in. To be fair, Chloe really does spend an awful lot of time with her ex-husband!
Brady always seems to be around, so it’s easy to see why Philip’s jealousy pops up again and again.
Even so, Philip tends to lash out over pretty harmless moments. Chloe just isn’t sure how to get through to Philip or if it’s even possible at this point.
As Chloe struggles, she’ll get some comfort from the worst possible person – at least in Philip’s opinion.
Days spoilers say Brady will pull Chloe into a hug, so Philip will catch a glimpse of their embrace within the next episode or two.
However, Philip will also have a heated encounter with Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash), who’ll barge in the Kiriakis mansion to demand answers.
Jake will push Philip to admit he’s working with Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) and will refuse to tolerate this kind of treatment for Gabi.
Gabi worked hard to make Gabi Chic a success, so Jake won’t like the fact that Philip’s threatening to take it away. Of course, Philip may argue that Gabi and Jake should’ve thought about that before they went after control of Titan.
Philip might be the big bad wolf now, but Gabi and Jake were the less cunning wolves that came first. It serves them right to pay the price, but Jake will think Philip’s taking this way too far.
Jake could go to prison if Gabi doesn’t sign over her company, but he’ll feel like Philip could face unexpected backlash.
By relying on Ava for dirt, Philip’s bringing the mob into this – and Days spoilers say Jake will think that’s a huge mistake.
Jake will try to get Philip to see the danger, especially since someone like Ava isn’t trustworthy at all. Philip can’t rely on Ava to protect him if things head south.
As for Gabi, she’ll dupe Rafe into thinking she wants to call a truce with Ava. Rafe will assume his sister and girlfriend are going to hash things out over breakfast, but Gabi will blast Ava once they’re alone.
Ava will mostly be amused over Gabi’s anger, so she’ll add to it by revealing she plans to run Gabi Chic under the new name of Ava Chic.
That’ll be the last straw as far as Gabi’s concerned, so the war will be on. Speaking of wars, there’ll be one playing out between EJ and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) as well.
Chad will get updates on the deal EJ pushed for, which Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) will feel like he has no choice but to accept.
Johnny really needs the funding and may actually like the idea of EJ finally taking an interest in his movie – even if it’s only to rile Chad up.
EJ will be portraying John Black (Drake Hogestyn) in the film, but that news will infuriate Chad since he planned to audition himself.
Abigail won’t be thrilled either since this will provoke Chad’s jealous wrath and could lead to more marriage troubles.
Chad will seethe at the thought of EJ making out with Abigail for love scenes, but EJ will think it’s just part of show business!
Next, Rafe will bump into Nicole near the pub and wonder how her date with EJ went.
Nicole may not think Rafe really wants to know – and he’ll ultimately confess he indeed gets jealous whenever he sees Nicole and EJ together.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say EJ will share a hot lip lock with Nicole soon, so that won’t do much to ease the jealousy that’s driving Rafe crazy.
It sounds like Nicole will have to make some tough choices when it comes to her love life in the coming weeks.
