Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for update for Thursday, October 28, teases that Marlena Evans’ (Deidre Hall) Halloween horror will begin while EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) ruins Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) and Abigail DiMera’s (Marci Miller) bedroom roleplay.
For starters, possessed Marlena will leave John Black (Drake Hogestyn) restrained and all alone in the DiMera crypt.
John’s hands will be shackled above his head as he awakens and realizes the devil’s holding him hostage.
Of course, John’s main concern will be for Marlena and all the people the devil might hurt while he inhabits her.
Days spoilers say John will reiterate that the devil won’t win. He’ll plan to defeat this evil force for a second time, but he’ll have his work cut out for him.
The devil will hope to break John’s resolve and warp his good soul, but that’ll have to wait. For now, the devil will apparently want to join the Halloween festivities.
DOOL spoilers say Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will face a shocking sight when Marlena appears dressed as the devil himself.
That decision will leave Belle scratching her head due to Marlena’s previous possession. Belle won’t see why Marlena would want to dress up as a reminder of what she went through.
Possessed Marlena might claim this is about reclaiming power over painful memories – or maybe she’ll shrug that it’s just a costume and urge Belle to chill!
Chad and Abigail will wear some costumes as well, so that’ll bring some bedroom fun. While Abigail and Chad are getting frisky, EJ will ruin the flying sparks. He’ll barge in and perhaps push Abigail to rehearse with him for their upcoming movie scenes.
EJ will be wearing a priest costume, so he might suggest it’s helping him get into character. Chad will still be miffed over EJ playing John opposite Abigail’s Marlena, but he’ll just have to deal with it for now.
Other Days spoilers say Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will wear some festive garb in addition to their Sweet Bits aprons.
Allie and Chanel will sell some goodies in the town square as usual, but there’ll be a surprise waiting for them as they get off work.
That surprise will come through Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), who’ll pull a Ouija board out of his bag and suggest consulting with the spirit world.
Chanel and Allie will think Johnny’s playing with fire once again, but they’ll still join Johnny for some spooky Ouija board drama.
The devil will announce his presence in Salem within the next episode or two, so that’ll bring some eerie moments and set up some back-from-the-dead bombshells soon.
In the meantime, Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) will head straight from the airport to the hospital. It’ll be a huge relief when Theo realizes Abe Carver (James Reynolds) pulled through and will make a full recovery.
Abe will be thrilled to see his son, even if the circumstances are less than ideal. Naturally, Abe will want to focus on a happy event once he’s well enough.
Abe won’t let this shooting stop him from marrying Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) this November, but Paulina will remain on edge over the secrets she’s keeping about Lani Price-Grant’s (Sal Stowers) true parentage.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Abe and Paulina’s wedding countdown will be on – and that means there’ll be a countdown to DOOL disaster, too!
