Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Chanel Dupree (Precious Way) and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will have another reason to spar soon. DOOL fans know Chanel tried to stick Tripp and Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) with a hefty alcohol bill when they all first met.
That led to the three of them facing conflict in the town square right after Chanel’s arrival in Salem.
Tripp probably hoped he could steer clear of Chanel and avoid getting caught up in any more of her drama. However, that won’t be possible since Tripp’s crush is romantically entangled with Chanel.
Days spoilers state that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) is Chanel’s former flame – and their old romance will be revived with a steamy kiss before the week of May 3-7 winds down.
What happens after Tripp witnesses that kiss? Days of Our Lives spoilers say Tripp will fill Claire in before an uncomfortable encounter during the week of May 10-14.
There’ll be some awkward moments as Allie and Chanel bump into Tripp and Claire, so Allie should realize there’s some tension going on here.
Claire may eventually clarify that Chanel was the girl who tried to scam them into paying for drinks they couldn’t afford. Of course, Allie may brush it off as Chanel being Chanel!
Allie obviously knows how Chanel is and likes this feisty side of her personality. Allie may feel like Tripp and Claire overreacted, but the tension should remain.
This could lead to quite a Days of Our Lives showdown as Tripp and Chanel battle for Allie’s heart. Tripp may feel like Allie’s only going to get hurt if she chooses to be with a master manipulator like Chanel.
He may warn Chanel not to do anything that might cause pain after everything Allie’s already been through.
Naturally, Chanel might fire back that Tripp is just jealous! It’s easy to imagine Chanel becoming more possessive of Allie once she realizes Tripp is interested.
It could make Chanel more territorial and rev up this war even further. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Tripp and Chanel could become fierce rivals for Allie’s affection, so stay tuned!
