Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Tuesday, July 6 Recap – Ciara Remembers Ben Rescue – Chanel & Allie’s Secret Make-Out Session

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Tuesday, July 6, reveals that Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) was unsettled by a Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) rescue memory while Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) had a secret make-out session.

At home on Tuesday’s Days episode, Allie opened the door to a crying Chanel. Once Allie let Chanel inside, she introduced her bestie to Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker) and wondered what was going on.

Chanel explained how Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) lied and that there would be no Sweet Bits Bakery. She had learned a thing or two about how to get back at Paulina, but she couldn’t forgive her mom for what she did to Allie.

However, Allie gave Chanel a pep talk about how they could get loans and do the bakery on their own. She insisted they could make doughnuts right there in Nicole’s kitchen if they had to.

Chanel smiled and suggested it didn’t seem like Allie hated her. “Dupree, how could I hate you? You’re my best friend,” Allie said before pulling Chanel into a warm hug.

In the town square, Paulina argued that it took forever to find just the right location for Price Town, but she finally found it in Salem.

Abe Carver (James Reynolds) didn’t understand why Paulina was willing to alienate her family over this project and speculated that maybe Paulina wasn’t as rich as she claimed.

Paulina assured Abe that she wasn’t broke – that she never would be again. She reflected on how she was once with an abusive, jealous man who cut her off from her family and friends.

Paulina remembered how she used to cover up her bruises and made excuses for her injuries.

Paulina eventually stole money little by little to get out of that situation. She vowed never to be beholden to any man from that point on. Paulina wanted to be a self-sufficient woman who paid her own way.

Paulina talked about how money became a warm rock to lay her hands on in difficult times and suggested she never said no to an opportunity to add to her wealth.

Paulina never thought Chanel would get caught up in her plans – and she forgot about Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) being a Horton. “And I sure as hell didn’t count on falling for you,” Paulina admitted to Abe.

Abe didn’t know if he could believe a word of Paulina’s sob story. Even if it was true, Abe didn’t think any of that justified what Paulina did. He asked how he was supposed to explain to his constituents that he was conned by a scam artist!

Paulina wondered what this meant for them, but Abe reiterated that they were no longer together and that he’d move heaven and earth to stop this project.

At Julie’s Place, Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson) admitted his concerns about Ben to Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers).

Lani didn’t think Ben would hurt Ciara, but Theo argued that Ben already had. He talked about how Ben nearly injected Ciara with a crazy man’s serum before he burst in and saved her.

Lani defended Ben as someone who was desperate and still didn’t think he’d truly harm Ciara.

Nevertheless, Theo was worried since Ciara was taking too long and decided to see what the holdup was at Ben’s place.

Meanwhile, Ciara freaked over Ben locking her in his apartment. They argued briefly, but Ben finally unlocked the door and told Ciara she was free to go if that’s what she wanted.

Ciara wondered what the catch was, but Ben insisted there was no catch. He just thought Ciara would be making a big mistake if she left now.

Ciara talked about being in danger because of Ben before and brought up the names Vincent Belman (Michael Teh), Allan Rhodes (Jason Downs) and Evan Frears (Brock Kelly).

Ben picked up on that and assumed Ciara was starting to remember, but Ciara argued that Theo and Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) told her all about what happened to her.

Ciara explained that she knew the story like she read it in a history book, not like something she actually lived. Ben recalled how he saved Ciara after her motorcycle crash – and then how he saved Ciara from the rubble after the explosion.

As Ben described the scene, Ciara got a strange look on her face and could hear Ben’s voice calling out to her during the rescue.

Ben could see it in Ciara’s eyes that she remembered something, but Theo showed up ready for a fight. “You leave her the hell alone!” Theo yelled as he barged in.

Ben wound up ranting about how Ciara only said yes to marrying Theo because she didn’t remember her love for him.

Theo asked if Ciara was using him then, so Ciara piped up that wasn’t true and complained about the guys arguing like she wasn’t even there.

Ben insisted Ciara was starting to remember and that it wasn’t going to stop. He added that Ciara loved Theo like she loved puppies, but that it wasn’t the same as CIN’s deep connection.

Ben felt like a little part of Ciara still loved him, but she countered that Ben was in love with a girl she didn’t remember being. Ciara assured Ben it was over and said she’d see him in court before leaving with Theo.

Next, Lani ripped up Paulina’s check for the twins’ college tuition and told Eli she didn’t want her aunt’s dirty money.

Lani felt she now saw Paulina for the sneaky, greedy person she really was. Eli convinced Lani to relax and think about their love story, so they kissed as the fireworks started up outside.

Over with Nicole, she spotted Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) and Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) watching the fireworks near the pub. Rafe exchanged a look with Nicole before she walked away.

As for Ciara and Theo, they enjoyed the fireworks on a bench. Theo kissed Ciara’s hand tenderly, so she smiled before looking a bit uneasy – clearly still thinking about what went down with Ben.

Back at Ben’s place, he picked up the divorce papers he had torn and threw them in the trash. Ben then walked over to his framed wedding photo and sighed as he thought about his lost love.

On Tuesday’s Days show, Abe returned to Julie’s Place and gazed at the Horton plaque somberly.

Paulina also remained alone in the town square, where she tried to call Chanel and cried when her daughter wouldn’t pick up.

At Nicole’s place again, Allie settled in next to Chanel on the sofa. They watched the firework show on TV before Chanel and Allie turned toward each other in a spark-filled moment.

Allie and Chanel leaned in for a kiss that turned into a full-blown make-out session, so Tuesday’s DOOL episode ended on a sizzling note!
