Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Tuesday, November 16 Recap – Ciara’s Cursed Necklace Glows – Julie Hires Belle to Sue Marlena

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers recap for Tuesday, November 16, reveals that Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal) donned a glowing cursed necklace while Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) hired Belle Brady (Martha Madison) to sue Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Let’s discuss how all Tuesday’s DOOL drama played out.

At Ciara and Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) apartment, they welcomed Marlena in and got updates on Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk).

Marlena said Susan thought the devil was after Ben and Ciara’s child, but she acted like it was because Susan was watching Rosemary’s Baby the other night.

Ben and Ciara admitted they noticed the movie was on TV as well, but Marlena insisted they were rational people and assumed they’d never believe the devil was after their baby.

Marlena laughed about how ridiculous that would be and lied that Susan had gone back to Memphis. She thought it’d be smooth sailing from here and put her hand on Ciara’s stomach.

Ciara marveled over what she thought was the baby kicking, but she knew it was too soon. Marlena said maybe the baby was just excited to see her, but she assured Ciara and Ben that she was just kidding.

After Marlena left behind a gift for Ben and Ciara to open at their convenience, she quickly headed out.

At home on Tuesday’s Days episode, Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) offered a sympathetic ear to Theo Carver (Cameron Johnson), who was upset over Ciara’s pregnancy.

Theo couldn’t help but think about the children he planned to have with Ciara, but he truly wanted to be happy for her.

Since Theo wished he would’ve told Ciara that, Lani pointed out it wasn’t too late. After talk turned to Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens), Lani assumed everything was OK between them now.

Lani shared a sweet brother-sister moment with Theo as they looked forward to blending their families even further through the upcoming wedding.

Meanwhile, Paulina Price ((Jackée Harry) flirted with Abe Carver (James Reynolds) over breakfast before she started sneezing like crazy. Abe wondered if it was a cold or cold feet, but Paulina thought Marlena’s cat must’ve caused her allergies to flare up.

Abe asked why Paulina went over to see Marlena, so Paulina lied that she wanted to make sure Marlena was still ready and able to officiate.

Later, Lani arrived to help the bride get ready. Paulina realized Chanel was running late and worried her daughter might be holding a grudge since she was standoffish the last time they talked.

However, Paulina reassured Lani about her matron of honor decision. She mentioned it was just a spur-of-the-moment thing, which confused Lani.

After Lani reminded Paulina that she came over to her place to talk about it before the shooting, she wondered why Paulina was changing her story now.

At the Horton house, Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) tried to convince Julie to come to the wedding with him, but Julie was too distraught over Doug Williams (Bill Hayes).

Eli accepted a special charm to give Paulina for her “something borrowed” and promised he would take Julie to see Doug first thing in the morning.

Once Julie was alone, she asked herself why she had to wait until tomorrow. Across town, Belle had another bad dream about Marlena and decided to check on her at the townhouse.

Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) tagged along and found Susan’s wooden cross on the floor, so that led to Shawn and Belle pondering the mystery of where it came from.

Belle thought it seemed like something Susan would have in that big purse of hers, but she got a call about a new case and had to leave in a hurry.

When Belle showed up at the Horton house, she was surprised to learn Julie wanted Belle to sue her mother on Julie’s behalf!

Back with Marlena, she ignored Eli’s call and approached the Sweet Bits table in the town square.

After informing Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) that she wouldn’t be attending Paulina’s wedding, Chanel offered Marlena some angel food cake.

Marlena wanted death by chocolate instead and got an introduction to Chanel. She realized Chanel was Paulina’s daughter, but Chanel muttered how it didn’t seem like it based on the way Paulina was acting.

While Johnny headed to the bank, Marlena offered her services as a therapist since sometimes it helps to talk things out. Chanel sat down with Marlena and admitted she thought Paulina preferred Lani over her.

Marlena caught Chanel off guard by agreeing with her and said Paulina told her something – enough to know there’s a reason she treats Lani differently.

Chanel begged to know what that reason was, but possessed Marlena acted torn about breaking doctor-patient confidentiality.

Nevertheless, Chanel kept at it until Marlena caved in. “May God and the medical board forgive me for breaking my solemn oath,” possessed Marlena said. She shocked Chanel with the news that Lani was Paulina’s daughter, not her niece.

Back at Ben and Ciara’s place on Tuesday’s Days episode, they got a quick visit from Theo. He wanted Ben and Ciara to know he was sorry for not telling them congratulations before.

Theo seemed sincere as he wished Ciara, Ben and their baby every happiness.

After Theo was gone, Ciara opened the gift Marlena delivered. It was a bola necklace, which was meant to soothe the baby by calling a guardian angel to watch over it in the womb.

The card said Marlena knew this baby was destined to do great things, so Ben and Ciara seemed to think all of this was lovely.

Once Ben helped Ciara don the necklace, it began to glow red – indicating this necklace was far more nefarious than the devil would have them believe.

Days of Our Lives spoilers say Ben and Ciara have more baby mayhem in their future, so stay tuned to DOOL.
