Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Friday, February 5, teases that Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will get into a big fight with Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk). Brady will blast Kristen from his hospital bed as Kristen argues with him over the phone.
Kristen may defend her decision to break out of Statesville and make sure Brady was all right.
Since Kristen was in total panic mode and desperate to see the man she loves, she may think Brady should try to understand. However, Brady will let Kristen know he’s livid with how she handled it.
Brady will be particularly angry about Kristen targeting Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin), but Kristen will think Chloe deserved it.
After all, Chloe was the one who pushed Brady to help Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) – and Brady only got shot because he was mistaken for Philip. That’ll be Chloe’s fault from where Kristen’s standing, but Brady will warn her to leave Chloe alone.
Of course, Brady may not think he has too much to worry about now that Kristen’s back behind bars and being watched more closely. What Brady won’t count on is Kristen getting a helping hand!
After Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) shows up in Brady’s hospital room and chats with him briefly, she’ll get a message from Kristen in the slammer.
Kristen will likely butter Susan up and hint at a job she has for her. Susan may still be a bit wary of Kristen, but she’ll choose to trust Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) when it comes to Kristen’s turnaround. Marlena thinks Kristen is changed into a better person – and in some ways, that’s true.
Even so, Kristen is always going to be a little sneaky at her core! She’ll have a plot that she thinks Susan can pitch in on, which will involve coming between Chloe and Brady. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Susan will head to Statesville and learn more about Kristen’s instructions next week.
Until then, Chloe will get caught up in some passionate feelings for a different old flame. It’s Philip who Chloe will feel drawn to on Friday, so DOOL fans will see a hot lip lock. Nevertheless, it seems Chloe will just want to be friends for the time being.
Philip will find himself in a storyline with Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus), Kate Roberts (Lauren Koslow) and Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) for the rest of February sweeps. That should keep Philip busy while he pines for Chloe and wonders if there’s still a shot for them.
Friday’s episode will also bring some trouble for Lani Price-Grant (Sal Stowers) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey). Once Vivian Alamain (Linda Dano) is out of sight with Carver Grant and Jules Grant – aka Jacob and Stefania – Ivan Marais (Ivan G’Vera) will act casual as he opens the door.
Armed Lani will grill Ivan along with Eli, but Ivan may argue he knows nothing about their missing twins. There’ll be a baby blanket that Lani picks up and confronts Ivan with, but will he admit anything?
It’s possible Ivan will send Lani and Eli into the wrong room – or maybe they’ll just enter it as part of their twin hunt.
Regardless, Eli and Lani will get trapped behind a locked door, so that’ll bring a great getaway opportunity for Ivan, Vivian and the babies. The good news is Lani and Eli will finally reconnect with Carver and Jules by Valentine’s Day. The bad news is it’ll take some work to get out of this jam!
Lani and Eli will have to devise a new strategy, so we’ll see what they come up with in the next few episodes. Until then, Ciara Brady Weston’s (Victoria Konefal) plan will end in failure.
Ciara just hit Rhodes (Jason Downs) over the head and told Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) to hang on. She feels confident this is her chance to go home, but the only place Ciara’s going is back in her cage.
There won’t be any way for Ciara to get past what we can assume are more locked doors and perhaps another guard or two. If Ciara wants to reunite with Ben, it’s clear that he’ll need to come for her instead.
Luckily, Ben has gathered enough evidence to seal the deal on Ciara being alive. There’ll be no doubt left in Ben’s mind. Days spoilers say Ben will vow to locate Ciara and save her from the predicament Vincent Belman (Michael The) left her in.
It’ll be a significant “Cin” moment, so let’s hope Ciara can feel Ben’s promise somehow.
