Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, June 21, teases that Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) will tell a new lie to dupe EJ DiMera (Dan Feurriegel) while Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) shares a proposal with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). Nicole Brady’s (Arianne Zucker) secret will spill as well, so Monday’s episode will bring some excitement.
At the DiMera mansion, Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) and Sami will deceive EJ once again. Sami just warned Lucas not to get any ideas – meaning about starting up their romance again.
However, Sami will blame the conversation on something else and do her best to throw EJ off the cheating trail.
Lucas will back Sami up, but he won’t be happy about it since he thinks he’s the better man for her. As for EJ, he’ll pressure Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to go along with his proposition and team up to oust Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash).
Chad will eventually get on board with joining forces to take control of DiMera Enterprises before Jake ruins the family legacy.
Over with Philip, he’ll make sure Chloe is resting comfortably now that she’s home from the hospital. Philip will hope to take care of Chloe during her time at the Kiriakis mansion and will have a plan for her future, too.
Philip obviously won’t want Chloe going back to work at Basic Black and being around Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) all the time.
Instead, Philip will push Chloe to come work for him at Titan Industries.
Chloe may not think Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) would approve, but Philip will think he can handle his father. He’ll share the job he has in mind for Chloe and push her to seriously consider accepting the position.
Other Days spoilers say Jake will have to wiggle out of a tight spot. Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) urged Jake to make love to her – though DOOL fans know that’s the last thing she wants.
Kate’s counting on Jake to turn her down, but she also wants to watch him squirm in the process.
Jake will indeed be extremely uncomfortable, which is the goal here. It seems he’ll persuade Kate to just let him hold her and put off this lovemaking idea.
Kate will snuggle up to Jake in bed, so things could get even more awkward if Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) walks in on this cozy yet weird scene.
As for Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer), he’ll think he’s got the solution for Nicole. Since Nicole will still be worried about Sami blowing the lid off the cheating secret, Xander will feel like she just has to gain the upper hand.
Xander will encourage Nicole to revert to her scheming side and score some leverage, so Nicole will decide to take that advice soon enough.
Unfortunately, Nicole and Xander will get busted by Brady – most likely as part of a juicy cliffhanger for Monday’s Days episode.
Brady will eavesdrop and learn Nicole hit the sheets with Xander, so he’ll be horrified over these two taking such an appalling step. That’s particularly true since Nicole betrayed Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) with the worst possible person.
