Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Monday, May 24, teases that Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) will make Claire Brady (Isabel Durant) her getaway driver while Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Stause) adds to Ben Weston’s (Robert Scott Wilson) pain. Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will also make a big blunder, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
First on Monday’s episode, Tripp will realize he’s interrupted a romantic moment. Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) will take advantage of some alone time to keep the love going strong in their marriage.
Tripp will barge in and most likely offer to make himself scarce again, but Kayla and Steve should be understanding about the intrusion. If Tripp needs some guidance regarding Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold), maybe Steve and Kayla can pitch in.
Next, Jan will taunt Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) over the phone – all while holding her gun on Claire. DOOL fans can expect total terror as Claire tries to talk her way out of trouble, but Jan will insist they’re going for a little ride.
A hotwired car will become the getaway vehicle – and Claire will be forced into the driver’s seat. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Jan will ultimately spill the whole story of the night she killed Charlie Dale (Mike Manning).
Jan will rant about things not working out like she planned and will try to salvage whatever satisfaction she can get out of this plot. She’ll still want Belle Brady (Martha Madison) to go down if at all possible.
After Dr. Clay Snyder (Michael Lowry) reveals he spoke to Jan about the security footage conversation, Belle will realize Jan knows the truth. She’ll also find out Claire is missing, so she’ll assume Jan has taken her hostage.
Days spoilers say Claire will call Ben’s phone when Jan isn’t looking. Ben won’t answer, but Claire will leave a voicemail that’ll alert Ben to the danger she’s in when he finally listens.
Before Ben can do that, he’ll have to spend some time with the mysterious visitor he just came home to.
The person Ben was caught off guard will be revealed – and we know it’s none other than Ben’s mentally unstable sister, Jordan Ridgeway. Jordan will remain dead, so this will just be a hateful vision that represents Ben’s guilty conscience.
Ben may battle remorse for almost hitting the sheets with Claire when he still loves Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal). He’ll fret over how much Ciara hates him now – and Jordan will be sure to rub that in.
These scenes should be heartbreaking in one way and fun in another since it’s always great to see Chrishell Stause back as Jordan!
Ben will eventually have a chance to listen to the voicemail Claire left him, so he’ll rush to tell Shawn and Belle about the risk to their daughter. There’ll be a team effort to find Claire, but Ben will take the lead on this in the week ahead.
As for Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien), she’ll mull over the new jam she’s gotten herself into. Gwen has to be Dr. Snyder’s personal drug courier if she wants to keep the truth about her miscarriage timing under wraps.
Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will likely approach Gwen since he seemingly overheard her talking about being a “bloody drug mule.” However, things aren’t always as they seem on Days, so maybe Chad didn’t quite hear or will be told he misunderstood in some way.
