Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers update for Thursday, May 27, teases that Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk) will be attacked following her prison release – and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) will flee Salem. Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) will also face a romantic dilemma, so let’s talk about what’s in store.
First, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will clash with Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) at Casa Hernandez. Gabi may pay Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) a visit and realize things have escalated romantically with his roommate.
Ava has obviously become much more to Rafe since they’ve kissed and gone on a date, but Gabi may bark a warning and hope Ava doesn’t break Rafe’s heart.
At Statesville, Susan will get some fantastic updates from Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) said he was hoping to get Susan out of there in a couple hours, but he was delayed by the car crash and the revelation that Kristen had gone on a crime spree.
Days spoilers say Susan will be thrilled when Marlena embraces her and reveals that she’s free to go. It doesn’t look like Susan will face any sort of legal punishment for helping Kristen with her scheme, which is good since Susan has already served enough time behind bars!
However, Susan will still want to blast Kristen for leaving her to rot in there for so long – and for causing so much dangerous chaos on the outside. Once Susan gets changed out of her prison uniform, she’ll get ready to head to the Salem PD for an angry visit.
Before Susan shows up, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) will drop by – perhaps at Kristen’s request. Days spoilers say Chad will be disappointed in Kristen over all the kidnappings and murder threats.
Since Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) is like a mother to Chad, he’ll be especially furious over her medical condition.
Kristen will understand that she messed up big time, but she’ll probably remind Chad that they’re family and try to tug at his heartstrings a bit. DOOL spoilers state that Kristen will be desperate for a favor, but will Chad grant it?
Whether Kristen wants the DiMera private jet or some other urgent request, Chad may not approve if it involves facilitating Kristen’s escape.
Nevertheless, Kristen might trick Chad into offering something that could help. No matter how this plays out, Kristen’s goal will be to slip out of Salem undetected.
When Susan eventually waltzes in the interrogation room, she’ll land in some danger. It looks like Kristen may assault Susan and add one more crime to the list before she goes!
Susan will wind up on the floor as Rafe and Ava tend to her. She’ll seem pretty out of it, but Kristen should be long gone before anybody notices she’s missing. Back with Gabi, she’ll cozy up to Jake and make out with him in Kate’s hospital room.
Kate will wake up and realize they’re flaunting their new romance right in front of her, but she’ll turn the tables with a shocking lie.
Days of Our Lives spoilers say Kate will pretend she can’t see anything and will have fake memory loss when it comes to Jake moving on. Kate will act like Jake is still her man and will make it clear that she needs him more than ever due to this blindness act she’s putting on.
Kate won’t really want Jake back, but she’ll love the idea of making Gabi and Jake suffer. She’ll hope to keep this new plot of hers going for quite some time, but it’ll mean lying to the people she loves, too. As for Jake, he’ll realize he’s got a romantic dilemma – one that’ll require great sacrifice.
Before Rafe deals with all the Kristen drama, he’ll doubt he’s getting the real story from Nicole Brady (Arianne Zucker). Rafe was taken aback to find Nicole in Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) hotel room, so how will she explain her presence there?
Nicole will probably insist she was pitching the idea of a position at Basic Black, which is what Xander has demanded within the next 24 hours anyway.
Rafe may wonder why in the world Nicole would want to hire Xander after everything he’s done to her. He’ll find it difficult to believe Nicole even wants to breathe air in the same space, so this encounter will definitely set off alarm bells for Rafe.
Even so, it’s doubtful Rafe will have any idea that Nicole and Xander slept together – not yet anyway! That secret should blow up Salem this summer, so stay tuned for the explosive aftermath. We’ll keep you posted as other DOOL news emerges.
