Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, December 15, tease that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will try to strangle Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) with a necktie while Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) slaps Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Sami Brady DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) hot kiss will also play out at the DiMera mansion, so let’s discuss what’s in store.
At the cabin, possessed Marlena will take control of the situation. Shawn Brady (Brandon Beemer) just exposed Marlena as the devil, so she’ll offer confirmation to Ben and admit she wants his baby with Ciara Brady Weston (Victoria Konefal).
Since Ben is no longer useful to Marlena, she’ll whip out a necktie and use her wicked powers to wrap it tightly around Ben’s neck. Ben won’t be strong enough to fight Marlena off, so he’ll quickly fear she’s going to strangle him to death.
Marlena will stop short of actually killing Ben, but she’ll gleefully take off and plot another move in her baby mission.
In the meantime, Belle Brady (Martha Madison) will check in with Ciara before heading to the cabin, where she’ll meet up with Shawn and John Black (Drake Hogestyn).
It looks like Ben will already be headed back to Salem by then, so he should be eager to reunite with Ciara and make sure she’s OK.
Over with Nicole, she’ll push Rafe away after the kiss he just planted. Days spoilers say Nicole will smack Rafe across the face – and soon after, Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will appear.
Ava will wonder what’s going on, but Nicole and Rafe will no doubt cover as best as they can.
While Nicole makes her way to the DiMera mansion, Sami will already be there pulling EJ into a lip lock. She’ll fight for her marriage despite Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) advice, so EJ may feel more conflicted than ever about his future.
Days spoilers say Nicole will eventually waltz in, so EJ will decide to stand by her instead of his wife.
That’ll leave Sami fuming all over again and will lead to her storming out of the house sooner or later.
Next on Wednesday’s DOOL episode, Allie will push Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) to make a heartfelt plea and win Sami back.
Since Allie feels like she really got through to Sami, Lucas will hold out hope for a chance to reconnect with his true love.
Sami will return to Nicole’s place after her disappointment at the DiMera mansion, so that could lead to some warm, comforting moments with Lucas.
There’s no denying that Lucas and Sami have a special bond, so Sami may contemplate what a path forward with Lucas would look like.
However, Sami and EJ have a relationship that makes it tough to quit each other. They’ll both realize that as Christmas approaches, so Lucas may be out of luck – at least until the next round of conflict comes around!
